20 out of 10! Shrimp taco and the big marisco plate! The owner hooked it up! Guicho is a super friendly dude! The taco and drink were on him! He brings the Mariscos fresh Tijuana every 2 days! I eat mariscos 24/7. This dude knows mariscos!

This place is amazing, some unique dishes and some classic with their own twist, and good customer service. I've tried and like all the dishes they offer but my favorites are the culichi and taco enchilado.

Everything I got was good. Literally nothing was nasty. I highly recommend this food truck. Honestly it tastes better than most mariscos restaurants around here. Prices aren’t too bad.

If you're in Paramount and craving bomb mariscos, run to Mariscos El Guicho! This food truck is next-level. I ordered the tacos enchilado, fish tacos, and the Botani Culichi platter — and honestly, everything was incredibly fresh and packed with flavor.
The tacos enchilado had the perfect spicy kick, balanced with just the right amount of creamy sauce. The fish tacos were crispy and tender, not greasy at all. And the Botani Culichi? That platter was loaded with flavor — creamy, cheesy, with that signature Culichi green sauce that ties it all together. Every bite was a hit.
Friendly service, quick turnaround, and super generous portions. You can taste how fresh the seafood is, and the quality is top-notch for a food truck. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to often

The fish ceviche was a little salty, and the portions were very small for the price. The fish tacos were delicious, though.

First I want to share that I'm a very picky eater. I had their shrimp ceviche and holy cow it was so tasty, tender and fresh! Couldn't believe it! Definitely will be back! Also their service was amazing!!
