Customer service is hit and miss at best. Slow to take your order, even with four staff members. They are usually too busy talking and joking with each other to stop and assist the customer. Orders are consistently incorrect, however they are resolved. Location is decent, floor is cleaned except for under tables and chairs. Came in on Thursday 09/28 service was fast. The man at the register was very friendly, greeted me and my daughter when we got to the register. I wasn't sure on what to order, he was trying to help me decide, the whole time with a smile on his face. The receipt said his name is Sammy H. Great service ! I usually come by the drive thru and the wait is very long, today we decided to dine in. Lobby was very clean, and it wasn't too cold. I ordered 2 $5 meal deals it supposed to be I regular taco and a Doritos taco and and a chalupa with chips n soda with chips n cheese..of course they forgot the chips n cheese in both orders ..omg not a big deal but I like to put the cheese on my chalupa. I was very hungry...but the food was good..I just had worked 12 hours .omg.kinda disappointed ..and it wasnt busy at alllll
