What a disappointment I was craving for some crunchy tacos. And I got saggy tacos. This tacos were not prepared at the moment for a taco to get saggy it need time and not even warm.. I just don't understand why people selling food like that. So many restaurant with so many issues. They should care lil bit more about their jobs and good services and quality food to customers.

Customer service is hit and miss at best. Slow to take your order, even with four staff members. They are usually too busy talking and joking with each other to stop and assist the customer. Orders are consistently incorrect, however they are resolved. Location is decent, floor is cleaned except for under tables and chairs. Tables are not wiped down immediately after use and are usually messy with left over wrappers and trash. It's fast food, not gourmet food. Unfortunately, the overall quality reflects the low prices.

Smh not only was my order short a 7 layer burrito but when I gave him back the bag it was shook up and made all of my nacho fries go to the bottom. After I got home my burritos were poorly made and didn't have any guacamole on them. This is stupid as f****

Been wanting to try the new watermelon freeze and they never have it at this location. Gone multiple times smh when will I get a chance to try it? Hmm. The world may never know. Hopefully Taco Bell can get their ghfh together soon because I really want to try it. One star for you, TB

Worst Taco Bell ever worst service ever went for my lunch break was there for 20 min waiting for my order lots of people had some time waiting mentioned that I was on my lunch break they offered a cup for water asked for my money back they refused they said to wait for my food and kept on with the I'm sorry but bringing no ones food out walked out after 25 min of wait with no food n no money SMH
Good customer service and delicious fast food. Out order was correct and came out fast. The lady at the counter was nice too. Welcomed us and thanked us after our order was taken

This is the worst Taco Bell ever, bad customer service, bad food,dirty tables, I was standing in the front counter by myself no one else inside, had two employees walked right pass me and didn't say anything. I had to say something in order for them to come and take my order smh. Stay away from this location. Oh they horrible, horrible horrible

This is my second time here and it is the worst Taco Bell I've been to. We have to wait so so long at the drive thru unbelievable. And it's wasn't even busy at all, BAD SERVICE....

This Taco Bell is disgusting, I came in, it took 15 minutes for someone to take my order. Than after that, every table was dirty, there was no condiments. I come here because it's close to my house but I guess I will stop that. Really disappointed. And I received my food. It taste horrible. The cinnamon swirls taste like oil. The oil hasn't being changed. It's disgusting!!!
