Excellent meal. High quality ingredients. Large variety of ingredients. None of the broths are vegetarian so I got the mixed bowl. You just pick up the ingredients you want like everyone else and they cook it in the kitchen for you without the bone broth. They have several tofu selections in addition to many vegetables and a couple of noodles. A sweet drink comes with the meal. You can get any sized portion you want, they just weigh it and you pay by the pound. I got one pound...
Very interesting hot pot restaurant! You load your bowl up with raw ingredients (veggies, mushrooms, tofu, seafood, noodles, beef & lamb, etc) and then they weigh the bowl and charge you by the pound ($15.99/lbs I think). Then they take the bowl back to the kitchen, add broth, and cook all the ingredients. There’s unlimited passion fruit tea and dipping sauces available. The standard broth is very light & mild. Food was tasty and staff was very friendly & helpful!...
