Their spicy broth is flavorful, and the taste varies depending on your choice of toppings; therefore, each meal is unique to your own taste. Additionally, the price is based on the weight of your bowl before adding the broth.
This was my third time at this restaurant. You select vegetables , different types of tofu, meat, noodles and misc. (quail eggs, seaweed etc.) from a large buffet, pick a type of bone broth (the real deal, not the salt water. Offered at many similar places) and choose your condiments. Food is fresh and delicious.
Excellent meal. High quality ingredients. Large variety of ingredients. None of the broths are vegetarian so I got the mixed bowl. You just pick up the ingredients you want like everyone else and they cook it in the kitchen for you without the bone broth. They have several tofu selections in addition to many vegetables and a couple of noodles. A sweet drink comes with the meal. You can get any sized portion you want, they just weigh it and you pay by the pound. I got one pound...
