Good ice cream but definitely not worth it at $5 a scoop

Chris very rudely asked customers to get in line but there are no signs indicating where the line was. I can understand them feeing overwhelmed at the amount of people in the store increasing and him wanting to step up and provide some order, but it could have been said very differently.

I'm a nanny for a 2 year old in Pasadena and I bring him here once a week for our ice cream date! He loves coming here! I ask him what flavor would you like teddy? He replies mango with prinkles! ( sprinkles) lol The staff is always so kind and friendly! Store is clean and it's always a joy to visit! Easy to find parking and conveniently located in the shopping plaza near Ralph's and fantastic sam's. Ice cream makes life better and brighter!!

Food was good but the service is a no bueno. For the past 5 years I've been coming for a Cappuccino Blast half chocolate half vanilla, and all of a sudden there's a new manager and they "can't do it". Never had a problem like this before with any place food related, it's a shame.

I was at a LAFC game last night and they scored three goals. A message came saying that all fans at the game can take their tickets the next day to Baskin Robbins for a free scoop. I did just that at this location. I asked about the promotion, the employee gave me the scoop of Ice Cream, and then the manager came out to tell me that they do not actually honor the promotion and that I would have to pay. If they are not going to honor a promotion that Baskin Robbins is blasting on the jumbotron of an arena, they should be up front about it.

Outstanding staff. Very kind, sweet, and fun! Patient and caring team here. Makes a difference, and makes the overall experience amazing! Standard (awesome!) Baskin Robbins fare. Plenty of options. Prepacked or freshly scooped. Milkshakes are delicious. Cakes, and other ice cream based treats. Cup or cone…plenty of options for everyone’s pallet. Clean, and welcoming location. Parking out front. Next to a See’s candy! They are usually busy, but move through the guest pretty quickly!
Michael is the guy to talk.with here. Quick & cheerful. Birthday cake Michael had prepared for me was just beautiful with elegantly done writing on top. So polite and thorough. Thank You Michael. .You made the day for Best in Show in Ice Cream Cake. ?????

Walked inside a few minutes before they closed and I received the best customer service ever by the three amazing closers on 04/19 !! They welcomed us in with the most sweetest attitude and assisted us with no issue. Usually other baskin robbins employees give me the meanest look and rush me ..but not this crew. Best service. Keep up the great work you guys are awesome. Thank you for being a part of my day!

Hands-down, the best customer service, and ice cream shop in Pasadena. The manager, Armen, and his staff were so attentive when I hosted an ice cream social for my fourth graders and their families. They welcomed us, gave the kids samples to try, and made them feel so happy. They were very accommodating. I will be planning more ice cream socials, at this location, in the future.Thank you! Moreover, because of how wonderful the staff treated us, I decided to speak with Armen and plan my six year olds birthday party at the ice cream shop. He was so accommodating and helpful when it came to arranging everything for my son and his little buddies to have an amazing time. The party turned out so amazing that some of the parents started inquiring about hosting their own child's party there. Thank you Armen and your wonderful staff for making my child's birthday so special. Yguys are the best.

The store is located inside a plaza so plenty of parking.Sign up for their app. They have coupons and a free kid size scoop on your birthday.I went looking for a cake and amazingly they even have small ice cream cakes to serve just 2-4 people. Many different designs. Got the chocolate cake with chocolate chip ice cream. It was really good. Despite it being small they were able to write happy birthday on a chocolate sign.Staff was so nice
