Just wanted to say we had my nephews 1st birthday party and the manager helped our party of about 25 people. I think her name was Kayla, hope that’s right. Anyway she was amazing and constantly checked up on us and went above and beyond with her great attitude and great service. I’m sure working with parents and kids can get frustrating at times but she keeps up a great attitude and definitely deserves 5 stars. Chuck E. Cheese is lucky to have her. Chuck E Cheese recently got an upgrade and the improvements are great! Super clean with new games, it is a great place for children’s parties and a nice evening with the family on a cold, wet night. My son has had 2 birthday parties here and it’s so easy to pull off and the kids had a blast. Plus, I really like their pizza. Highly recommend this location for ease of parking, cleanliness, and family fun.
