The drinks were fine, but the guy working there was so incredibly rude. I’m not usually the type to comment, as someone who does work in customer service, but wow. He is just not a pleasant individual. I was with a friend who is less likely to comment on it and even he was dismayed by the guy.Not their fault, but the building is poorly designed for a lot of noise and can sometimes be difficult to hear in, hence a lower atmosphere rating.

Way too sweet of drinks. Can’t adjust the level. Don’t get the $15 shimmering Lemonades… not worth it!! It’s 100% pure sugar and shimmer.

The maison glass jar was a PLUs. I can reuse it to store tea at home and other goodies. They even have a glass flask which I will get next time when I’m around. Located in a nice drink food hall. :)

I love the bear mug and the theme! The drinks are delicious; the mango berry is perfectly balanced, and the staff is super friendly and attentive.

Such awesome tea and a super cute spot!
Must say a male employee was on his phone while we walked in and my kids wanted boba. I don't leave reviews for places because I am busy but, The employee was rude rolling his eyes and kept on going on his phone, and the one piece cups were overpriced and broken. Never going again, the only good thing there was the plushies they were selling, nothing else. (For the owner who responded to me) Thank you for responding back. I went with my with one of my family members Breanna. Pretty sure she left a review too. We did ask the employee if they are open and he put his phone down, rolled his eyes, and didn't say anything and made it look like we were bothering him. My kids wanted boba so we ended up ordering some drinks. We got 1 lemonade and 2 milk teas. The bobas were pretty hard, The drinks were ok but didn't taste so good. We got all the drinks in a one piece cup, and the tips of them were a little broken (could've cut someone) and the employee was rude. Seeing all these amazing reviews and this menu, I feel like we got the worst experience. Hopefully that was your only rude employees. We will probably come back to see if it has changed.
Delicious. Love the jar too
Rude employee on his phone under a table and when we asked are you open? He got up made a sigh and rolled his eyes. There drinks tasted horrible and the boba was very hard. Never coming back again, also very hard to find parking

Good Tea place!
Classic Milk Tea with Boba, No Ice was a great choice overall for good boba milk tea and the reusable glass cup was a plus!
First off...hard to find parking unless you go search the parking structure and walk to the other end where bearology is located. I did find i could park in back real quick while I order to go. Not sure if you want to risk it though lol. So I came here to get my son the new one piece flasks! They look so cool! Unfortunately we only got 2 out of 3 but thats ok they are still super awesome they come with shimmering drinks. I have to honestly say the 24k tea was really gross to me it smelled like a hand soap or lotion to all of us but if you like jasmine green tea sweetened with honey then you will like it. The other drink the other flask came with was a pink lemonade that one was good but not cold enough. They were each about $15 or $15.99 plus tax. That comes with a super cool one piece glass flask with top! I will definitely return for any other cool flasks they might have. Even the original one with the bear on it looks cool!

I would recommend bearology! It is slightly pricer than most places I go to, but this place gives you a glass bottle that you can reuse. If you bring the glass bottle when you order in the future, you can get a small discount.I usually get the honey green tea with boba. One thing that I noticed is that bearology does their drinks less sweet than other boba places I have gone to. I usually get 25% at other boba places, but here I would get 50% sweetness.
Delicious Boba in a food hall type setting. There are four different vendors inside, so make sure you get in line at the right place. The line leading out the door is usually for the Wanderlust Creamery, but the next vendor inside is Bearology. They have many different flavors available, from milk tea to smoothies to teas, but I chose the Shimmering Boba because it’s one of their specialties. It was very tasty and sweet in a large portion size complete with a collectible container.I would recommend to any fan of Boba, especially if you’re in the area. Parking can be tricky at times but we had dinner a few blocks away, so were able to walk over and grab our drink before heading home. I plan to be back in the near future.
