Second time in a row we ordered delivery through DoorDash and got about half of our order. We love the food and I wanted to let the "restaurant" know of our experience so I called in. The first time I called the automated system seemingly hung up on me when chose option 5 to talk to an associate. I then called back and asked to speak to a manager. The manager didn't apologize or offer a solution and then hung up on me. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

The food was good as always. But I wasn't very impressed with the service. Our server was a nice lady, but I feel like we were always asking for stuff couple of times before we would receive it. Not sure why because the restaurant wasn't busy. Also to be seated took about an hour when lots of tables were available. Hopefully the small stuff could be fixed, because I do recommend the restaurant and would come back again. The restaurant doesn't check for Covid vaccination shot because it's in Pasadena, but you are required to wear a face mask.

We went there last night for the Rams game The manager put the big screen on so that we could watch it that was good the service was good it was was not packed but something happened that the food is not the quality it used to be... I asked for a medium well burger and I got a burger that was a little burned are used to like going there because the food was great now it's the food is not so good anymore everything else seems the same except people in the kitchen are not cooking how they use to cook Did they get rid of their old kitchen staff because of Covid or what?

Went here yesterday for my sister's 18th birthday. They sat us in the back of the restaurant which was fine but they forgot about us 3 separate times. The first waiter messed up our drinks for the first 30 mins. our food took about 45 mins to get to us and my sister's order was wrong, mine was super cold, and my friends had to wait an extra 35 mins to wait for us to get our food remade. One waiter was exceptionally nice and was overwhelmed with the tables he had. We were the only table not getting serviced the whole hour and a half we waited there. By far the worst service and food I have ever had from a restaurant. I hope they fix the menu because it is extremely overpriced for the quality of food we received. the only thing I could say this place would be good for is to go to a bar. Overall my sisters birthday was ruined so thankyou again BJ'S.

What's up: Hitting up this place for their 9 pm to close Happy Hour! Main reason? We just wanted a Pizookie and a couple of beers :) Parking: Metered parking all around. We got lucky and got street parking right across the street from the restaurant. And since it was after 9 pm, the meters are free. Environment: Masks are required. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait and we got seated right on time. Our waitress was friendly and explained all the details behind their Happy Hour menu. The ambience of the restaurant felt old school. High ceilings, dim lighting, and older decor of a past era. It was really interesting and since it's an Old Bank Building, it makes sense. There was even a plaque in the waiting area that talked about its history. Restrooms are located to the right of the bar and clearly marked. What was ordered: - Chips and Dip with Queso (yum) - Strawberry Shortcake Pizookie (fresh strawberries are so good. Sweet and tasty) - Avocado Egg Rolls (crunchy) - Sliders With Fries (yum) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Overall, we had a good time. Food was good and the place was comfy. Credit cards are accepted.

Wow. Never have I received such despicable attitude from a person who was serving me. My girlfriend and I got to BJs around 9:45 and the waiter immediately says "are you guys ready to order because we close in 5 minutes" with such extreme attitude. We thought they closed at 11 pm and would never have come that last minute if we knew they close at 10; however, the waiter was so rude and seemed so annoyed!! He ruined our date night.

Ordered fish and chips to go and it was awful. Think it might have been made earlier and heated up but the flavor was not good. Husband's pork chop was tender but needed some sort of sauce. Pizookie was yummy best part of the dinner

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a chain restaurant. My work took us to lunch so it limited how involved I was with the server as far as speaking my mind. What did happen was we got a dirty plate, the avocado egg rolls came out brown, my ahi tuna was questionable and the salad was getting old and browning. My coworkers dish had a hair in it, and they missed a water.I get it, they are understaffed but a lot of this falls on people the staff they have dropping the ball. Our party of 8, will not be returning. On the plus side, they got a 2 star because their Pizookie was so darn good! Bad life choice but good choice at BJs.

Came here years ago shortly after it opened. Just tried it again hoping it would be better The Crusted Parmesan Chicken was not hot, chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli not fresh. Mashed potatoes and broccoli had no taste. Same as the first visit. I don't know if this is just a bad chain or if it's this location . More expensive than The Cheesecake Factory and not even close in quality. Two stars because our server was very attentive.

I didn't dislike my experience at BJ's, but I also wasn't impressed. It met expectations, no more no less! It's your typical mid-tier American sports bar/restaurant, and it doesn't do much to break out of that or differentiate. To be fair, the location is great and it looks pretty nice inside with high ceilings and mood lighting. My fiancée and I came around dinner time on a weekday and it wasn't very busy so we were seated right away. We ordered their draft root beer to drink, and then I got their boneless wings tossed in their root beer sauce with a side of fries and she got their spaghetti and meatballs. Starting off, the root beer was super bland and mostly tasted like barely carbonated sugary water with a minor root beer taste. We would have been better off getting Barq's or A&W honestly. The wings were good, and I enjoyed the sweet and smoky sauce. It was a lot of wings (more than I expected!) so I wish they gave a bit more sauce, but I suppose I could have asked if it were a big deal. My fiancée enjoyed her meal, she also felt it was a big portion. All in all, I think there are places nearby that are tastier and more enjoyable, but there's nothing wrong with BJ's.

Very clean establishment. Ice cold beer. Great alcohol selection. Food is fresh and service is prompt.

Ordered pickup and drove there with my kids. My order was supposed to be ready at 3:20. I got there at 3:20 and girl at the front said it wasn't going to be ready for another 10 minutes. After about 15 minutes I asked for an update and guy at the front pulled it out from under the counter. It had been there all along! I told the guy I had been waiting for 15 minutes and he said sarcastically "Awww I'm so sorry". They have so many people working there, but obviously there is a lack of communication. As a mom with 4 kids, I won't be returning to this location for pick up. However the one in Woodland Hills has great customer service!
