We've dined here many times and of course, I already knew this restaurant was a five-star restaurant because the food has been fresh and made to order and always came out great and tasty; but today, my five stars goes to John and his team for such excellent service, very accommodating and being patient with us and not rushing us, because we were their last customers to dine. They were friendly and helpful with what we needed. And I was telling John, that this evening, by far, was the best service we've ever had at this restaurant. Thank you to John and his team for offering excellent service!!

I don't like to give one stars, but this was very disappointing. I've been to other locations and food is prepared well. However at the Pasadena location, that was not the case. My battered fish was overly battered and overly cooked. I couldn't find the fish under all the flour it was hard to cut as well. Super oily , I tried and just couldn't eat it. All the oil was in my veggies as well. Made my tummy hurt. I'm not sure how the decision could have been made that this is acceptable to serve guests. Maybe it was just one of those days.

Ordered the Dynamite shrimp. Great flavor with large enough shrimp and good quantity. Came with white rice and cabbage. Added the avocado, I think it's a must.Location was clean, simple and staff was nice. Can't complain about anything. Would go back and try other meals.

Second time eating here and it will be my favorite fish place soon I'm sure. Today had the salmon salad. Loved everything about it. The salad had walnuts, feta cheese, cranberries. The portion was enough for both lunch and dinner for me. Also had the ahi poke appetizer. Mixup on order so came with no poke sauce so they gave me a side of sauce. Very spicy but very delicious. I'm sure there would not be that much sauce had the order been submitted correctly. Very friendly people and reasonable prices for fresh fish. Will be returning many times.

Due to being the mom of an autistic son, I usually order online for pick up (for convenience) but that wasn't available at that time this evening so I walked in and ordered from the screen that they have at the cash register. I feel bad that I didn't get the beautiful lady that was working in the front around 6 PM on 3/17/24...but she was so friendly, and I appreciate what she did for me when there was a misunderstanding with my order! She's the best!

Second time my wife and I have ate at this place. It still has not improved unfortunately. I understand implementing technology to improve but having a kiosk to order makes everyone wait instead of having an actual cashier. Dedicated cashiers would make the line actually move. I did see that staff would pick up plates and clean right away which was good. We ordered fish and chips and I was not pleased with what I received. Yes portions look big but fish was mainly batter. Crispy but a little oily and not enough fish. Fries were over seasoned. I think we only enjoyed the kale coleslaw after we added lemon. I can't understand why so many people go there. Maybe because it's the only seafood place in the area. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place.

Branzino is a MUST, for $15.50 you get two perfectly grilled filets and I opted for rice (must) and diced zucchini. The fries are also an excellent option. JUICY fish, great char in skin, healthy and perfectly seasoned. Ask for sauce on the side so you can taste the fish as is. We also got a clam chowder and although it was good, it's not the best chowder and I will skip it the next time. This goes for $7.99. My recommendations on sauces in order of best to so so: -Chimichurri (new) -fresh salsa -Cajun (creamy) -tartar -garlic -lemons (small, not a lot of juice, needs improvement) Extremely convenient ordering at the kiosk, payment was a breeze and they call your name when it's ready. Love the set up, it works for me. Very nice staff as well, clean tables and ambiance of a sit down restaurant with fast food speed.

First time visiting, and it did not disappoint. We got the Sockeye Salmon drizzled with cajun and garlic butter sauce, one order with white rice and fire-roasted street corn, and the other with white rice, brussels sprouts, and a shrimp skewer. Everything was super flavorful and tasty. There were plenty of spaces inside and outside to dine, and this location was tidy. The staff are prompt and helpful.

Food is decent! Don't appreciate being forced to order at the kiosk! I prefer live person to take my order! Employees stand by the kiosk and force you to use them! This should be an option not a mandate!! Terrible customer service seat this location!!!

I went here Valentine Day it was busy but things moved quickly and efficiently they just started a new check in system where you do your own orders I'm not extremely happy that people are being replaced with machines but this is the new upcoming trend, I ordered the Branzino for me, jumbo grilled shrimp for my daughter the food was delicious, the service was amazing the ambience is noisy and busy but good chatter
