The parking structure was easy to find. I ordered the cannolis and sfogliatelles both of which were amazing. The sfogliatelles were crispy, and the cannoli shells were crunchy. The orange in the custard/ricotta was flavorful! The cashier was very friendly and prompt with serving me!

The pastries were fun, flavorful, sophisticated, elegant, and beautiful all at the same time. I will remember these flavors for years to come. The person who was helping us was very kind, and helpful who made the visit very memorable. I recommend getting Italian donuts, the blueberry cheesecake, and the peach mango mousse cake.If I could give Carrara's Pastries & Cafe one million stars I would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options which were very helpful for a member in my family.Parking: There was a parking garage that was free for customers.Kid-friendliness: The Italian donuts are very good for any age, and kids enjoy them very much.

Their cakes are great. I received one for my birthday and I loved it so bought one for Thanksgiving. Our fault, but we didn't pick it up before they closed the night before. I called when they reopened and explained the situation and was told that I could be refunded which I was very grateful for. However, they then called back stating that I what I was told was a mistake and that I couldn't be refunded but that they could give me a gift card for about half the cost of the cake. I received my first one completely frozen, so they seem premade, so it seemed that there shouldn't be a restocking issue.

This place is a hidden gem in Pasadena. They have some of the best and most authentic pastries and baked goods I have had outside of Italia. I can’t help but always get a sfogliatelle, AKA lobster tail(it doesn’t taste like one, it just looks like one). However, if I’m up for a second helping it would have to be their tiramisu. They even have their own gelato brand. If you are going to a party or somebody’s house and want to bring a small gift, go to Carraras and have them box something up for you.

their tiramisu cake slappps! honestly the best tiramisu i've had! service was great, and the place itself was clean and well taken care of. if you're planning on getting the tiramisu, make sure to serve it how they instruct you to.
I am so sorry to the chefs and employees at Carrara's I am sure they put a lot of hard work and effort into making the gorgeous pastries but goodness..the Veline cake was so dry and the outside texture of the glaze was awful. I went a little crazy and got myself a sandwich too and it wasn't great. Ingredients did not taste as fresh as I'd hoped, and they were not busy but my sandwich took almost a whole half hour. I am not sure if it is the new staff members or a change in their kitchen suppliers but the quality has gone downhill since last year. I hope I can Revisit again soon But for now, ciao!

Nathan provided exceptional customer service. We had a tiramisu that was delicious not too sweet and the presentation made it delectable accompanied by an ice chai tea.We came on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. Seemed like a good place to come read and catch up on work or catch up with some friends. They did have other food items that we did not try but look forward too next time.

Insider secret: one of the area’s best patisseries. Fresh, very flavorful. Beautiful presentation and comfortable seating. Added benefit: away from the crowds. It’s next to Marriott Residence Inn and Parsons. Must try! I’ll come back every time I visit family in Pasadena.
