Horrible experience. I ordered pickup yet when I arrived (after 30 minutes post ordering) my food wasn’t even started. I was waiting 20 more minutes and during, they still didn’t work on my food until the last second. Additionally, I paid extra for pita chips yet when they gave me my order, they gave me an empty bag. I want a refund immediately.

I've had CAVA for lunch 2 continuous days in a row. First reason, the food is delicious! Secondly, the service is pretty awesome. PRENCE helped me build my Greek Salad today. He was incredibly apologetic from the beginning as they've only had about 3 limited ingredients for a couple days now. He had a smile on his face the entire time! The AC has also been out for a while, I actually feel bad that they have to work under these conditions. CAVA corporate!!! Please get the AC working for these awesome employees. These are unacceptable conditions for anyone to work under.

Dining room was incredibly hot! There was one person in front of us in line, yet it took 16 minutes before it was our turn to order our lunch. Very mediocre food. This was our first visit...ever...to a Cava and it will be our last.

There’s always something wrong or missing from orders when I place delivery orders. Whenever I place a pick up order online, I have to wait 30 minutes to an hour more after the scheduled pickup time. The staff is very unprofessional and rude as well.
lf you want something tasty, well seasoned, and filling, then CAVA on South Lake is a must! If you've never had Mediterranean cuisine and don't know what to order, no worries, staff will help you build your own delicious meal. Speaking of staff, they were "all" unexpectedly friendly AND helpful; no snarky comments under their breath or "lady please hurry up" looks. These folks, man were they efficient! No time for you to scroll on your phone! The line moves super fast. I ordered a create your own bowl with the Supergreens mix, rice, harissa chicken (spicy) and a "whole lot" of extra goodies piled on top. Also ordered a tiny bag of fried garlic pita. IF YOU GO THERE, GO THERE HUNGRY! My only complaint is that the signage inside is too small. Bring binoculars to read the menu.

We’ve attempted to keep giving this CAVA a chance but it’s so poorly managed. The place isn’t clean, there isn’t a steady rhythm replacing food when it runs out, the rice today was undercooked, and the food was cold. Do better Pasadena CAVA!
Terrible. Came in and straight away the worker was rude. He was throwing the bread from the grill and one dropped yet he put it back in the bowl ?? He was shoving everything around and in a terrible mood, it ruined mine! He didn't understand anything that I wanted even though I was clear on what I wanted on it. By the time he finished making two dishes, I sat to eat and it was all cold!! He looked like it was his first day on earth. Had to throw it away. He was a black, younger man. Absolutely not acceptable. ?♀️?♀️

Ordered a Greens and Grain bowl with almost all the toppings. This is a great option if you're looking for something heavier than a simple salad, especially after a long workout. I ordered just before closing so apologies and thanks to the staff for helping to get my order through. Location is easy to find, clean, there is some free parking behind this complex in their parking structure but I don't remember if it was time limited. This was the order. Baby Spinach, Saffron Basmati Rice, Tzatziki, Roasted Eggplant Dip, Harissa, Grilled Chicken, Falafel, Fire Roasted Corn, Fiery Broccoli, Pickled Onions, Salt-Brined Pickles, Tomato + Onion, Pita Crisps, Crumbled Feta, Shredded Romaine, Kalamata Olives, Cabbage Slaw, Free Side Pita, Persian Cucumber, Lemon Herb Tahini, Greek Vinaigrette
Parking: Parking garage is located in the back of the location. Garage is shared with Planet Fitness, Trader Joe’s and other stores in the area.
