The checkout girl was nice. They never said the proteins cost extra when I asked if they were part of the build your own bowl.When I asked for the toppings to be put on the side of the bowl I was told they are meant to be placed on top of each other in the middle to cascade down the bowl. That's fine and dandy unless the customer asks for something else. Never again will I go to this location.

My partner and I ordered two bowls. My bowl wasn’t ready because the red meat needed to be cooked. The cash register girl forced us to pay for our order if we wanted to wait for the meat to be cooked. It was 20 mins passed and still my bowl wasn’t ready. They said it would be another 10-15 minutes. I asked for a refund, they brought this other guy who did not say sorry for the wait or anything. He seemed very annoyed we were asking for a refund. I literally wasted so much time.
Never again.

I like cava, I think it's a great concept, but like a lot of different restaurants is getting very expensive. So now I find it that it's overpriced.

Restaurant CLOSED at 2:30 on 4/26 which is not listed on their official hours. Management should make it clear when they are closing at irregular times so customers don't drive a the way down there for nothing. Sign was posted on door saying closed at 2:30 but employees were inside eating.
