Excellent cheesesteak - a bit spicy, but I enjoyed it.
It was a good cheesesteak, quality bread and meat, to be fair while it was pricey the meat quality was good for cheesesteak standards. Chips were crisp. However they don't clean the pepper seeds at all ngl kinda lazy of them. Most of my sandwich was great. One bite full of seeds miserably hot burning tongue for minutes hard to taste after and this coming from some1 who enjoys very spicy foods / have a higher tolerance. It was unpleasant / hazardous to ones GI tract I would imagine....read full review
The best food but it's one of those trendy places where if they say you gotta wait, then you gotta wait. Bring a friend to anchor a table, there are not that many. But food makes it a 5 star. Also try the Ashton fries at Hi Ho Burger

The chili they add for spice is unique to their sandwich. The $24 cheesesteaks are still great, though the chips are salty and not recommended. The meal can cost around $40, and some find the sandwich a bit dry and not worth the price, while others say it is worth it since they use high quality meat. The restaurant is only super busy at lunch and dinner time, and there is validated parking around the corner. Ordering on Postmates is pretty convenient, with the same prices as the store, and the pick up process is easy. The customer service has been described as just ok, with staff who did not seem happy to be there, and recent experiences have been horrendous and unprofessional. For a $24/sandwich establishment, you'd expect customer-centric service, but sadly not here.
