Men's bathroom was disgusting. Trash all over the floor. A urinal was not functioning. And SUPER LOUD MUSIC in the store. Bad experience. Food was ok but the atmosphere was horrible.

The overall quality at Chipotle has improved for the price, which is great—but this location consistently falls short. The meat often includes undesirable cuts, whether it’s steak or chicken, and the rice is frequently undercooked. The store tends to be dirty, though the staff provides good service. Management needs to step up, especially when compared to better-run locations like East Pasadena, Rosemead, Hollywood, and Studio City. I don’t usually write reviews, but after experiencing this level of quality multiple times, it’s clear this location needs serious improvement.

So many workers but none of them probably tasted the food. It’s SO SALTY!! We live close by and have been coming here for a long time and I will say; over the past few months it’s been deteriorating.
- rice overly salty (how tf u get that wrong?) - chicken salty - sofritos saaaalty
Literally the only thing not salted are the chips which lol should actually be the one salted.
I can’t man, y’all need to do better.

This has to be consistently some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m writing this review after going to this location around once a week for the last 3 months. One staff member in particular is incredibly rude and clearly hates their job. Don’t take that out on the customer. Does any place teach and train on customer service at all?

I'm not sure what happened but I got the chicken bowl on Saturday evening around 7 and I got so sick. It felt like my insides were fighting ww3 for like 5 hours. I do not recommend getting the chicken from here.

My first time trying chipotle from this branc, the staff is helpful. They give good portion
I purchased online and got something completely different. I ordered steak, but got carnitas and barbacoa instead. They added guacamole when it wasn't even in the order (I'm allergic to avocado), it didn't have corn, it had a table spoon of beans. It's almost like they got someone else's order in the wrong bag. I literally can't eat it. I can understand a mistake here and there. But this isn't even remotely close to what I ordered and the portions were miniscule on some of the items. Not sure how that mistake was made. Judging by other reviews, it seems this specific restaurant makes a lot of errors on online orders. If your are going to purchase from this specific restaurant, order in person. Unfortunately, ordering in person is also a bad experience. The staff is always joking around. Take way too long to serve and then seem to have an attitude while preparing the food. This isn't a singular issue either. I have this problem on multiple occasions. It's my fault at this point for continuing to come to this restaurant. I'll be going to Panda Express next door instead.

Ordered door dash and it came with mostly just lettuce none of the rice I order and no chicken. Not to mention the customer service is so bad I cant even reach someone to remedy the situation
