I purchased online and got something completely different. I ordered steak, but got carnitas and barbacoa instead. They added guacamole when it wasn't even in the order (I'm allergic to avocado), it didn't have corn, it had a table spoon of beans. It's almost like they got someone else's order in the wrong bag. I literally can't eat it. I can understand a mistake here and there. But this isn't even remotely close to what I ordered and the portions were miniscule on some of the items. Not sure how that mistake was made. Judging by other reviews, it seems this specific restaurant makes a lot of errors on online orders. If your are going to purchase from this specific restaurant, order in person. Unfortunately, ordering in person is also a bad experience. The staff is always joking around. Take way too long to serve and then seem to have an attitude while preparing the food. This isn't a singular issue either. I have this problem on multiple occasions. It's my fault at this point for continuing to come to this restaurant. I'll be going to Panda Express next door instead.

Vegetarian options: I ordered the bowl with no rice! And I got it with rice and unfortunately I got no beans! No salsa, I ordered delivery so I could go back, it’s annoying if you get the wrong order!!!!!

Why do I feel nauseated every time I eat at any Chipotle? I mean, just a few bites in and I'm done. Nothing here is Mexican except maybe the art on the walls. The guac is ok. I just identified what my drink was. It was labelled Watermelon Lime Agua Fresca. It was actually Guava Lime and not so Fresca. Gag! The staff was too busy playing to help the one guy at the front. Sad! And their menu doesn't give much information.
I usually grab my food from the pick up area and always leave pleased! Staff are polite and respectful and food is always satisfactory! Thank you! God bless!

so slow and understaffed :( i was waiting in line for 15 mins on two separate occasions and eventually walked out both times because the line was not budging at all. it wasn’t even crowded, they were taking 5 mins per person
