Bad customer service they didn't even say anything or how can I help you. I told them what I needed and it's like they weren't listening because they were all talking and laughing as a group. I really wouldn't recommend coming here at all. I don't understand what is the point of working in customer service if you can't handle it. The manager is supposed to be on the team about keeping busy and giving great customer service to all. It suppose to be a place to work not hang out and talk. Thank you

I would honestly give the store zero stars if there were a choice. Twice now I’ve ordered DoorDash one time on September 16 and today in which my girlfriend ordered it. I ordered a burrito bowl with extra chicken and there wasn’t even barely enough one serving of chicken let alone everything else. I’m very upset about this experience considering I work all night and I get ripped off twice in a row regardless of if I get a refund or a partial refund from DoorDash that’s still not OK. It’s the same thing as stealing. I would not recommend ordering at night from this place, especially on any kind of food delivery app because apparently they don’t care.

I came in and the first thing I noticed is that a person was mopping the floor behind the glass of the ordering stand. He then saw me, then set the mop down, and did NOT change his gloves before beginning to touch my food which is absolutely disgusting! I then proceeded to ask for 3 side tortillas with my 2 bowls and they were all BURNT so much that the tortillas fell into pieces and were ripped! I could not eat them and no one else could! Waste of money! The only person that served me and who did everything well was the cashier. Chipotle is beginning to upset me as it is my favorite food location!

Men's bathroom was disgusting. Trash all over the floor. A urinal was not functioning. And SUPER LOUD MUSIC in the store. Bad experience. Food was ok but the atmosphere was horrible.
The overall quality at Chipotle has improved for the price, which is great—but this location consistently falls short. The meat often includes undesirable cuts, whether it’s steak or chicken, and the rice is frequently undercooked. The store tends to be dirty, though the staff provides good service. Management needs to step up, especially when compared to better-run locations like East Pasadena, Rosemead, Hollywood, and Studio City. I don’t usually write reviews, but after experiencing this level of quality multiple times, it’s clear this location needs serious improvement.

So many workers but none of them probably tasted the food. It’s SO SALTY!! We live close by and have been coming here for a long time and I will say; over the past few months it’s been deteriorating.

Literally the only thing not salted are the chips which lol should actually be the one salted.

This has to be consistently some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m writing this review after going to this location around once a week for the last 3 months. One staff member in particular is incredibly rude and clearly hates their job. Don’t take that out on the customer. Does any place teach and train on customer service at all?
