If you’re craving legit Sichuan hotpot, Qing YaoMei is the place to go. The broth is rich, spicy, and packed with flavor – just like in Chengdu! The beef tripe, duck blood, and handmade shrimp paste were all super fresh. Bonus points for the amazing dipping sauce bar and cozy atmosphere. 10/10!
This Chongqing hot pot tastes very authentic, and the more you cook it, the better it gets. I particularly like their crispy pork, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It tastes especially delicious when dipped into a dry dish. The price is reasonable, this is a store I will come back to again.
Solid hot pot spot! The space has rustic brick walls with retro Chinese posters. The fatty beef is sliced thin and cooks quickly in the spicy broth. Reliable spot for group dinners！
