I went here for the first time on a Tuesday night. They have a physical menu and an online menu. My friend and I ordered a bunch of thin slices of meat. Lamb and beef. We tried pig brain, I did not like it. My favorites were the lamb slices. I also tossed in a block of udon noodles into the broth. The combination of chewy udon with lamb was phenomenal. We also ordered plenty of vegetables but some of their names I don't know. I let my friend mix in the sauces to make one...
