It was our first time there the waitress that helped us was very friendly and nice. It was our first time coming here, and I'm happy to say everything went perfectly. Our server Ken gave us the best service we've received anywhere. He went above and beyond to do things we didn't ask for. What a great guy! The food was made to perfection. It was honestly the best burrito I've had in my life. We're definitely coming back here again!

4 of us ate at the new Craft at LA Live but I can't find it here so recommending them on the Pasadena location. This was the second night they had been open last Saturday. Service was outstanding. Judy did a terrific job taking care of us and the head chef and owner cam by to welcome us. Food was outstanding too. Great place.
