First my order was all wrong. It was coffee ice cream and not mint chocolate chip. I do NOT like ANYTHING coffee flavored and I don't care how many flavors or how much syrup you add, I can taste it and it's nasty. It's just how my taste buds are. I reordered and was told I would receive a credit for the $19 wrong order. That never happened. Secondly, I don't recommend them at all because the chocolate chip ice cream when I did get it, was flavorless. It didn't taste like mint it just tasted sweet. And I had to search for chocolate chips that weren't chocolate. They took forever to chew and didn't melt in my mouth. I decided that this wasn't ice cream or even food at all and I threw it all out. The entire quart. It was also very gooey and sticky and not creamy. I do appreciate the experience because it helped me discover what I don't want.

Says it's open but 100% closed since beginning of COVID, per the private security of the shopping center it's a part of.

Yes, Cold Stone isn't the most affordable place to get a cold, delicious snack. However, it's hard to deny the quality of the treat you can get here. And on this date, we shared a "Love It"-sized Wild Blueberry Muffin Batter that was fantastic! While at the Pasadena Chalk Festival, we needed to find a way to cool off from the heat and saw the line at Cold Stone wasn't too bad. There were a few posters and pics of the Wild Blueberry Muffin Batter around the store, and that marketing hooked me! We were not disappointed in the least with this choice. It's sweet, not too rich, and satisfyingly tasty! Fresh blueberries and the graham cracker pie crust pieces really complete the flavour. I will say that the Love It size was a bit much. The Like It size might be a better portion for us that would hit that Goldilocks spot of belly contentment.

It's with huge regret (more so for the company, than for me) that I *have to* leave this establishment a 1-star review. No resolution has been reached since the incident, and this is my attempt to prevent another similar event from happening to another unsuspecting, innocent customer. EMPLOYEE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE: I do not want to reveal specific details about how we were treated on this originally happy ice cream trip, but we were thoroughly disgusted by the way we were greeted (or lack thereof), how one particular employee glared at us, talked to us (down), and sloppily made our frozen treat--which was more of a punishment, really, considering how the entire experience made us feel. We were paying customers, and yet, we paid to feel absolutely insulted and degraded. Here's a key point, Cold Stone: stop hiring young candidates of high school or college age if they properly cannot control their emotions and attitudes during work hours. If you work in a retail setting, which Cold Stone is most definitely one, you're expected to perform at a certain level of professionalism and (at the bottom line, faux) friendliness. The young man that "helped" us displayed neither, and in fact, he exuded nothing but the very opposite. QUALITY AND SIZE OF PRODUCT WAS QUESTIONABLE: The ice cream was extremely melt-y and was practically liquid, a measly 2 minutes after receiving it from the hands of the said impolite worker. You can see the photo for yourself as proof. The portion was also arbitrarily decided upon the maker's hands, and I could tell that I got less than what I ordered as well. (To clarify, the cup size was correct, but the contents given was less than warranted.) NO RESPONSE FROM CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE: What was the most appalling is that even though I made an attempt to alert the central corporate office that one of its franchise chain stores was providing extremely unsatisfactory service, there had been absolutely zero response, after the complaint was file almost one month ago. There was not even one single acknowledgement in any shape or form of communication. Shame on you, Cold Stone, shame on you. With reasons above, I would highly advise everyone to patronize another worthy dessert shop instead. For me personally, not only would I stay far away from this particular branch, I am actually dropping Cold Stone the brand all together from my ice cream needs consideration. For instance, Fosselman's is cheaper, and they taste way better, in any case!

Vas was personable, friendly, kind, helpful, and gracious. He not only was helpful with my order (suggesting a combo of two flavors I liked), but told me about current events (dog show) around the area because I told him I was with my kids. Vas seemed genuine and sincere when conversing with him.

I love the flavors and selection of ice cream as well as the toppings. The ice cream is very creamy which is to be expected based off of the name. Issue that I have is that the service is below par and I read comments below where somebody said they don't have real napkins which is true. The gentleman who served me today was not very friendly and almost looked irritated that I came in to buy ice cream. He was making waffle bowls and it seemed like I was an inconvenience.

I kept suggesting cold stone to my girlfriend and her family after our Saturday lunches. Finally they gave in to my requests. Let's just say things did not go well. Teddy hated the texture and threw most of it away. Ariana was not a fan, but I persevered and ate it all. Unfortunately that was a mistake. My stomach was rumbling on a Richter scale-level and I thought I could make it home, but that was also a mistake. I had WILD diarrhea in the bathroom of a Jack in the Box. If there would've been a code on the door I for sure would've diarrhea'd all over that JITB.

4 for ice cream, 3 for lack of real napkins, 2 for service. Yes, it's s job, but smile.

I was very pleased with the service at this cold stone. The workers were very nice. They even anticipated our needs and were ready to help. Bryce was very attentive, courteous, and well-mannered. We ate our ice cream in store and he made sure to check on us to make sure we were still doing good. He was very helpful when I came back to look for my lost parking ticket as well. Will definitely be back!!!

You know I've always grown up eating cold stone my whole life, but this location is seriously the WORST I've ever been to. The ice cream was not fresh, no one was using gloves, nor did I see them wash their hands in between customers and to top it off, they were super rude, were just talking among there selves and acted like we were just bothering them. I honestly do not want to come back to this location ever again.
