Yes, Cold Stone isn't the most affordable place to get a cold, delicious snack. However, it's hard to deny the quality of the treat you can get here. And on this date, we shared a "Love It"-sized Wild Blueberry Muffin Batter that was fantastic! While at the Pasadena Chalk Festival, we needed to find a way to cool off from the heat and saw the line at Cold Stone wasn't too bad. Vas was personable, friendly, kind, helpful, and gracious. He not only was helpful with my order (suggesting a combo of two flavors I liked), but told me about current events (dog show) around the area because I told him I was with my kids. Vas seemed genuine and sincere when conversing with him.

I love the flavors and selection of ice cream as well as the toppings. The ice cream is very creamy which is to be expected based off of the name. Issue that I have is that the service is below par and I read comments below where somebody said they don't have real napkins which is true. The gentleman who served me today was not very friendly and almost looked irritated that I came in to buy ice cream. He was making waffle bowls and it seemed like I was an inconvenience.
