I called in on a Friday evening. The surrounding cafes were busy and the bakery seemed a good choice. I ordered a sandwich and in my opinion the offering represented poor value for money. I should mention that the bathroom was not very clean.

12 minutes to get a bitter and oversweetened coffee in an otherwise empty store. Iced Americano has to be one of the most bitter coffees I’ve had in a while. Just decided to throw it out and go to Dunkins instead.

This place is very run down. Needs a renovation! Food was very mediocre, Nothing special about it.
Just dined at Lake Ave Pasadena location for breakfast. Very disappointed ☹️, eggs in the Garden Gate Scrambler looked & tested half microwaved using egg substitutes. This happened before at other Corner Bakery as well, some location has improved somewhat recently. They just don't know how to cook eggs & use real fresh eggs comparing with their competitors. To be fair their fruit cup was decent.
