I grew up in the Bay Area eating what I know as “San Francisco Chinese potstickers” (I’ve never been to China, so I cannot verify these are authentic). They have a much thicker skin than the dumplings I’ve found in LA, especially when compared to Taiwanese restaurants such as Din Tai Fung. I love DTF and have learned to enjoy the thin skinned dumplings, but I’m always still hankering to find thick skin style dumplings that I grew up with—which always came with vinegar...
These dumplings are to DIE for! We used Dina's Dumplings for a fun reception at a wedding with multiple food trucks - dumplings being a request of the clients. This cute pink truck and delicious dumplings, sauces, oh and the cucumber salad! YUM! Highly recommend.
Some of the best dumplings I’ve ever had. I loved the pork dumplings. The vegan ones are outstanding too. I’ve gotten them 3 occasions now. I will definitely get them whenever they are nearby.
