Order pizza and wings got home the pizza was burnt call the manager ask for a new pizza he Refuse cuz it had been over 45 minutes since I picked it up I call Domino's customer service to complain.they said the store would call back never got a response. Bad customer service don't spend your money here...

I always have a problem with delivery orders. Their delivery drivers are utterly incapable or too lazy to use the intercom to get access to the building and bring my order to my door. Frequently I have to go down to the front of the apartment building and the drivers leave my food on the wall or on the ground which is in full view of the street. My building is on a busy thoroughfare of my town and I've had food stolen before. So even though I put carefully worded instructions on my order, the delivery drivers disregard it, and just dump my food.

Any other dominoes is better than this one. How is my pizza barely cooked but my dessert is burnt. The crust is light and barely cooked and also bland. Every time I order from this particular one it’s always disappointing. Avoid if you can

Horrible experience for the price spent. Received 2 burnt pizzas with uneven topping placement. Called back and the store refused to refund saying it was my responsibility to return the delivery to the store. Not much was done to rectify the situation except an offer to remake and wait 45 minutes. Not what I expect from Domino'sUPDATE: Store redelivered the pizzas. However, the pizzas they sent were the completely wrong ones. Given the 1.5 hour ordeal, I asked for a full refund in lieu of a 3rd delivery, and they demanded I give them all the food back, even the items that were already bitten into. This seems like a way for the employees to get free food (make things wrong and then take stuff home for dinner) at the customer's and business owners expense.The store manager on duty, Chris, was very rude and kept cutting us off over the phone, not explaining anything but saying to give back all the pizzas.Usually dominos has awesome service and product; Store 8414 definitely tainted that perception for my family and I.

Ordered a pizza and wings at 11:28 am, the time is 12:51 and pizza had not been delivered, very bad for business especially when you try and call and it take a long time to pick up phone. Not sure if I'm going to use them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.awful experience with their store. I order 90 minutes ago and I still haven’t received my order. I was charged through. I came downstairs as soon as they called and no one is here and the app says my order was delivered!!! I called and they say another 25 minutes after putting me hold 3 times.

Ordered a medium pizza and wings, the cost was already almost 40 dollars which seemed crazy. It took over an hour to get the pizza which was understandable with the rain. However, the food was not only cold and literally burnt it was also the wrong order. I called in and when i explained the situation the guy literally said "what do you want me to do about it." I asked if i could get a refund and he said no, said I had to show proof that the pizza was wrong and would have to make the poor delivery driver come back to get it. so i asked if he could give me credit. he told me he would give me credit for a free medium pizza and wings. turns out it was only 60 points towards a pizza, i couldn't even redeem it! the delivery driver then came back out of the blue and told me to come downstairs and get my pizza. very confused i told him it had already been delivered and asked if he had been sent by the store with our original order. he said no, paused, and then said would you like a free pizza then? when we came downstairs and walked to him he drove off without giving it to us. found out the next day he had left it on the street next to an apartment across the way from us in the pouring rain. just writing out this review cracks me up because it was so ridiculous, i would really avoid this place if possible.

Turned us away on a Saturday night at 12:10am, saying they're closed. Even though their sign says Open Late, and closes at 1am. And 2 guys still in the kitchen working, lights on.

I wish they had a non pork option as a person who doesn't eat pork... I wanted a pizza and asked the clerk if he could make me a pizza from my own pepperoni which is turkey... I was sadly informed that my dream of having pizza tonight would not be able to happen... please consider this option.. of your pepperoni is not pork maybe you should advertise that as a selling point. I feel these pizza places are losing out on a clientele that is in need. I understand as a Chef for many years the employees are bound by corporate rules. He wanted to make it the pizza. But, was afraid to do so.. not sure if he would incur in back lash if he did. Ask the you please consider this option...
