I placed a pickup order & everything went well. Two medium 2 topping pizzas for $6.99 each! Pizza was warm and made correctly. The pizzas were ready on time & staff was friendly
I usually order for my team here and today I experienced really rude customer service from a guy wearing a long pony tail. Curbside pickup is usually pleasant. I have 30 minutes for lunch so Time Is of the essence. I politely asked gif crush peppers and he was extremely bothered by my request. I said thank you and have a nice day. I always have a problem with delivery orders. Their delivery drivers are utterly incapable or too lazy to use the intercom to get access to the building and bring my order to my door. Frequently I have to go down to the front of the apartment building and the drivers leave my food on the wall or on the ground which is in full view of the street.
