Can’t be bothered. Not sure how this Dunkin location fell off but the service is just getting worse and worse. Walked in, not acknowledged, ordered, not even a hello, mind you this is 630am, there’s nobody here. Just awkward. Finally get our order and nothing. Get to car, they forgot half our order. Return, tell them what’s missing, no apology, still no hello lol, finally got full order. Pay your workers more, they ain’t happy with the world.

Stopped in for a donut and coffee. Both were pretty good and like the ordering convenience if you're in a hurry but it's largely impersonal, even if you go in to order. Not really conducive to indoor eating though outdoor area is pretty good

What an AMAZING experience I had today. Asia went above and beyond. I don’t live here in the area but I will definitely be making the drive to come to this location! These guys are great.I don't use the self touch like everyone else.So when I do walk in they come over with no problem and a smile. I'm also in town for work.And these guys actually remember me when I come in. Great awareness.
Was going to tip but their lack of attention to the bathrooms made me change my mind. Someones cycle came with vengeance. Self order screens cause they’ll just ignore you.

Ordered five heated items from this location and every single item tasted like oven. Like a burnt chemically smell/taste. Had to throw everything away cause it tasted so bad.

The way the girls handled my order today was completely unprofessional and rude. I don’t like green tea so I kindly asked if I could get just the base, the girl helping me answered with an attitude and I stated that I don’t mind them leaving a bit of space to make up for it since she stated they couldn’t fill it to the top. She filled up my cup A LOT less than halfway and just added a bunch of ice and then just a bunch of room on top. I don’t mind paying more to get the drink that I want but what I was given was NOT worth the almost 6 dollars that I paid for the drink. There’s a way to deal with guests without the attitude as well and the eye rolling…
