Ordered five heated items from this location and every single item tasted like oven. Like a burnt chemically smell/taste. Had to throw everything away cause it tasted so bad.

The way the girls handled my order today was completely unprofessional and rude. I don’t like green tea so I kindly asked if I could get just the base, the girl helping me answered with an attitude and I stated that I don’t mind them leaving a bit of space to make up for it since she stated they couldn’t fill it to the top. She filled up my cup A LOT less than halfway and just added a bunch of ice and then just a bunch of room on top. I don’t mind paying more to get the drink that I want but what I was given was NOT worth the almost 6 dollars that I paid for the drink. There’s a way to deal with guests without the attitude as well and the eye rolling…

This was my goto place for breakfast pickup and Jordan working here was of great help and see her is u have any issues. Pls do phone order pick up from mobile or even u can do at the store with the console but a busy store and hence better pre order in the dunkin mobile app

It says parking is validated at Pasarroyo, but doesn't say anywhere it's only for an hour (all the visitor parking in that parking structure is for 2 hours). Can't you at least just put a sign on the kiosk saying this?
Was already obscenely overpriced, but then had to pay an extra $6 for parking because I stayed an extra 45 mins. I would've just left earlier had I known.

Kevin gave me above & beyond service today and I'm a fan no pun intended lol of their new drink line not quite lemonade not quite tea but dam good ! ? However my one complaint isn't for me or the customers... rather for the employees they have a busted AC in the middle of California July .. & DUNKIN NEEDS TO DO BETTER BY THEM STEP UP AND EITHER FIX THE AC OR SUPPLY THE EMPLOYEES A COUPLE OF HIGH QUALITY FANS ... KEVIN & HIS CO WORKERS WERE TROOPERS THEY NEVER ONCE COMPLAINED...I NOTICED THIS ON MY OWN & WAS MORE MAD THAN THEY WERE LOL...DO BETTER DUNKIN !
