About Thai Thyme Pasadena

Thai Thyme Pasadena is a welcoming Thai restaurant that offers a variety of authentic and flavorful dishes. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, often providing helpful recommendations and thoughtful service. One reviewer praised the server for her attention to detail and her suggestion to try the drunken noodles, which featured well-balanced flavors and crisp vegetables despite being fried. Another guest appreciated the friendly hostess who offered great suggestions, such as pairing sticky rice with BBQ chicken, and kindly provided free soup while waiting for their meal. The owner engages with diners by explaining cooking methods, emphasizing reduced oil and sugars, which enhances appreciation for the dishes.

The menu includes a range of options like the Curry Puff, green curry with chicken, Thai glass noodle salad with chicken, pot stickers, and beef pad see ew. Dishes are served with beautiful presentation and are made fresh, although wait times can be longer during busy periods. The restaurant's decor is simple and inviting, though it can get quite warm due to the lack of air conditioning on hot days. The lunch specials are reasonably priced, making it a good spot for a casual meal. Overall, Thai Thyme Pasadena offers flavorful food and attentive service, making it a recommended place for both dine-in and takeout.
