Just had the Chipotle Chicken Burrito Combo (came with chips, salsa, and drink). Also had a Crunchy Taco, $15 bucks and change. They also accept EBT. The meal was great, I am most definitely full. Well worth the dough.

The cooks kept on laughing and looking at me, I ordered a burrito and somebody messed with it. It tasted funny. The food was old especially the beans those cooks should be fired. They’re staring at me and smirking. I went yesterday in the afternoon, but the cashiers were good. But the cooks were awful

Food was old , dont go into the restaurant 30 before closing because they will sell you old cooked chicken or recooked hard chicken.
I ordered the tortilla soup,classic tostada and the fit chicken salad.#1 I was told that the Tortilla soup was amazing not this place it was missing some flavor it looked and tasted like they forgot to add the onions and I got a piece of rib bone in my soup.#2 classic tostada and asked for avocado and I was given avocado salsa.#3 pollo fit chicken avocado salad with cilantro dressing. Salad was good I just think I should've had more than 1 slice of avocado.I don't mind prices going up to pay the employees more money for living but I think the employees need to have more pride in the job and give the customers what they are paying for. Without customers you don't have a job.... I won't come back to this El Pollo loco also the parking is terrible. Oh.. forgot to take photos...shoot!!!!
