New England clam chowder had all the right ingredients, hearty portion but was room temperature. Icelandic cod fish and chips came with ample portion of cod with too much batter and lukewarm fries. Service was fine.

We got the clam chowder, several oysters, and a lobster roll! The food tasted great. Amazing lobster roll, and I spent four years in Maine too. It was a bit pricey but the quality was great. The bread is phenomenal.

I had the pleasure of visiting Fishwives in downtown Pasadena while attending a concert, and the experience was simply outstanding. As someone who always seeks out fresh seafood, especially with a South American influence, I was absolutely delighted by the quality of the dishes.
In particular, I tried the “Peruvian seashells,” and the freshness and flavor were exceptional. It’s rare to find seafood of such high quality, and Fish Wife truly excels at it. The ambiance is very welcoming, and the service was top-notch. However, I did notice that the bartender could have had a bit more knowledge about the local craft beers, which was a slight letdown.
Overall, it’s a place I would highly recommend to any seafood lover.

Friendly fast services and yummy food! The greens were actually served with beautiful radishes and golden raisins. Fries were actually cut potatoes. Oysters delish! Surprised to see it so slow tonight but it’s a Monday night.

Very overpriced i got 2 fish tacos for $20 again for $20!! idk why there's no review about their food being overpriced, maybe they delete the reviews. Tacos are really small taste is okay not something to go crazy about.
