I want to sincerely commend your team for the exceptional service during our lunch today. Despite the restaurant being extremely busy with multiple birthday parties (many with children) and even a wedding luncheon happening simultaneously, our server remained calm, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented from start to finish. Every request was handled promptly and professionally, drinks were never left unattended, and the pacing of the meal was perfect. What impressed me most...

Food took forever, partial meals were brought out to a few of a party then the others had to wait for another 20 plus minutes to get some of their food. The restaurant did try to make up for it but all and all the service was too slow for the price of the food we were there for 2.5 hours due to how long it took for the food to arrive

The waiter offered us a very sweet experience, the chocolate cubes were sweet and bitter which we liked the most, and the ice creams are sweet, and pics he helped us to take were great. I love Fleming's ❤️
