Coffee was underwhelming, chai tasted off and the service was rude and off putting. Ordered two drinks and the barista and cashier brushed off the order to talk to the person behind me for about 3 minutes before starting the drinks. Just felt dismissed and the drinks being less than average at 13 dollars wouldn’t go back.

They used to be good few years back (at least around 2018). But not anymore. Up the price and takes out ingredients from the sandwiches. Service is poor and horrible. Don't go.
I give high for atmosphere, but it's not their work - it's the whole building that gives.

What a find. I walked in and I was in a cafe in Paris off of Montmartre. Selection is perfect and Jaret is very personable and kind. Stop in and enjoy an escape.

I'm absolutely in love with this coffee shop. It's one of my favorite places to hang out and get work done. I need a quiet and pleasant environment to focus since working from home isn't an option for me. The staff is friendly and the service is amazing, and they have the best coffee and sandwiches. Definitely a 5-star spot.

I was desperately craving bagels and Einstein was closed so I went here to get an egg bagel sandwich and a coffee. The coffee was delicious but the sandwich was terrible which is unfortunate cause it was not cheap.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the iced mocha at Float, located in the charming Burlington Arcade in Pasadena. The experience was truly delightful. The iced mocha was a perfect balance of rich, chocolatey flavor and a smooth, creamy texture. It was refreshing and indulgent at the same time, making it a perfect treat for a warm day.

While Philadelphia is home to the famous cheesesteak (location based) rival of Pat’s and Geno’s, Pasadena has something of their own coffee stand off.The good news is that both options are delicious at what they provide to the community, but when you distill down all the unique menu items, you really must focus on the coffee. After multiple espressos at both establishments, on multiple visits throughout the year, it stands clear that Float has the best coffee.Today at Float I had a full flavored Americano that was crafted with beans from La Mill. It was delicious. Yesterday, at their competition, I had an Americano that was consistently thin on texture, overly smoky and too astringent overall. At the end of the day, all consumables are subjective, and I hope both coffee shops can survive for the long run.As a side note, shame on the landlord of the shared building for adding more stress and competition to small businesses in an increasingly brutal market.

First time here. I was undecided between ordering the coffee Latte or Cappuccino. This time, I went with the cappuccino. See image. The cost was $6, including tips. I can’t help but ask myself if it was my favorite cup of coffee?Probably not but Float’s coffee ranked high on my list. Somewhere between Two Guns brewery and Blue Bottle Brewery on the Westside of LA.
