As soon as you open the door to this small coffee and sandwich shop in the Burlington arcade, you are greeted with friendly personnel and great aromas. There was both a coffee and sandwich menu available. We ordered an Americano and a cooling iced latte. There were some tables available near the service counter as well as some tables outside in the Burlington arcade itself. I hopped out of line from the other coffee shop since the line did not move 10 minutes. I wish I would have stayed. I guess there is really a reason the other place is so popular compared to this one. Coffee (mocha latte) was just OK until I found a faux eyelash in my cup. Then it was yuck. Service was not that great either. She definitely did not want to be there.
