You walk in and instantly know this is a community gathering spot. Group of old retired guys cracking jokes in the corner over coffee and donuts. Multiple people recognizing neighbors and catching up. That’s a beautiful thing. Donuts and coffee were good. Definitely check this place out, you can feel the soul of the area here.

Quintessential LA family run donut shop. Between multiple visits, they are extremely consistent, both in friendliness and donut freshness. My go to is the apple fritter, but their cake donuts are fantastic as well. They're crispy on the outside, but still soft and cakey inside, while being surprisingly light too, not as dense as other cake donuts can be.

Finally tried this donut place and was pleasantly surprised. The donuts were fresh and tasty, we also had a breakfast bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon... it was really good. The establishment is clean and the staff was very friendly. Parking is available in a free lot on Washington Blvd just east of Lake Ave (southeast corner). They have a couple of little booths inside, if you want to enjoy your donut right there. Also offered are various coffees and Boba, and there's a fridge with canned and bottles drinks as well.

AMAZING! Went to pasadena for work, stopped by here for donuts. Had no idea about this place. Donuts were incredible AND service was great. The lady behind the counter was a sweetheart. Sadly I don't live here but next time I'm in pasadena I will definitely stop by.
