HiroNori Craft Ramen (Pasadena)

I tried the vegan ramen here and it was pretty good. It's a soy based miso broth with tofu and veggies. I don't have onion and garlic (and it's great that you can call for it on the side) and the staff was very cooperative and understanding and got it checked. Overall, the ambience is relaxed. Limited vegetarian / vegan options though. Wait times for the food to arrive were not long either.

I wanted to try this place while I was in the area and ordered take-out. My partner ended up loving it so much - he ate the whole thing! We got the Tonkatsu ramen, and the broth was rich, flavorful, and satisfying. It came with tender pork, fresh veggies, noodles, and half a soft-boiled egg. Definitely worth a try!

I’m not vegan but was craving vegetables at the time I ordered my ramen. I was a bit hesitant as I am a carnivore and enjoy the taste of meat.

So when my vegan ramen bowl was set before me, I was excited. The broccolini was fried perfectly with a nice crunch and full of flavor. The soup was creamy and delicious!!!

My daughter gave me a slice of pork belly from her bowl and it rounded off my meal. The portion was generous so if I were to order the additional salad and rice bowl, it would’ve been too much food for me. Perhaps I’ll try the + meal set when ordering to share a meal with a friend 😊.

I will definitely come back again.

Amazing ramen! You can really taste the tonkatsu broth! Fantastically balanced and the pork is melting in your mouth. Can also recommend the spicy cold noodles (not that spicy but delicious!) very nice service as well. We forgot our phone and the waiters came outside to make sure we got our phone back before we left. Definitely coming back when in the area!

Honestly the chicken and rice were good but the Sauce they use was kind of repulsive tasted like teriyaki mixed with concrete and my stomach did not take it well. i definitely would not eat here again.

Yet another Hironori location has popped up and I couldn't be more excited for it! I think this is the sixth location I've visited and this place has a beautiful exterior.

The quality of the ramen is still just as spectacular and I love that they actually separated the salad dressing for the to go combo bowl I ordered as others do not do that. The only thing I wish this location had was the branded Hironori to go bowls, but that wasn't a major issue.

Garlic portion was pretty decent and so was the broth. I also felt that the chicken bowl portion was quite generous!

Overall, I will always recommend my favorite ramen shop in CA. :)

the vegan ramen is the greatest ramen I have had in the US!! the broth is creamy but light. noodles are great. the vegetables are roasted and the whole bowl still feels fresh. also they have the greatest watermelon mint water ever. I can’t wait to be back!

The ramen noodles are delicious, and the eggs are fragrant and half-cooked just right! The fried chicken is tender and delicious. By the way...their braised pork rice is so delicious! recommend! This is my favorite ramen restaurant. Although it is far from my home, I am willing to make time to come here! Because it's delicious 😋

One of the best vegan Ramen I ever had. Some vegan Ramen try too hard to replicate the feeling and textures of meat, some don’t try at all and you just end up with a very light vegetable broth. This one was perfectly balanced. Also, their hot sauce is amazing.
