I do not like truffle but this place the truffle pasta is high notch. Not only the sauce but the hand made “Tagliatelle” super duper great. I liked crudo but not really sure we’ll order the beef tartare. It’s not that bad but not so great. Please have a tiramisu. Those hazelnut syrup is unbelievable!!! Still it’s little cold in there so all the dishes was little cold.
Uovo is a small pasta bar serving up tasty bites. Some people may not get the “pasta from Italy” gimmick, but all I have to say to that is “NON-GMO”. The pastas are delicious and light, and cooked perfect al dente. I would recommend the tasting menu or two solo orders to satisfy the hunger. The food was delicious! The pasta freshly made. The service was outstanding! They only charge a 16% fee to help the restaurant/staff, no tip. I felt it wasn’t enough so I wanted to also give a tip and was told no tip needed the check was closed. I highly recommend this restaurant.
