Ordered wings and shrimp from Chicago South Loop. Arrived in a deep pool of oil. no sauce on wings. Called, put on hold and hung up on for 16 minutes before talking to the manager. Manager tells me the pool of oil fat and no Buffalo sauce is normal and he will remove it from the menu?
went to the new one off Western center wings were amazing staff was awesome. place was very clean
