10/10 all around - must get a Medium Sando with fries and get the tang...if you're hungry, get a tender, but careful...it's got more punch than the sando. Service is elite! Don't be a n00b and try to steal a seat as they have a method for you to have a great seat and dining experience. The entrance is not an exit...go out the back to avoid the hungry and hot people waiting in line.

These guys have been #1 in LA for years and for good reason. Their chicken sandwich was one of the biggest I've eaten and seasoned perfectly. I got an extra tender because I was hungry when I ordered, but had to save it for later. The fries were amazing as well. The best part was the staff though. They were all super friendly and attentive to anything you might need. Would definitely come more if I lived on this part of the city. So if you live on the Eastside, don't ever bother with Dave's. Come here instead.

Been wanting to try this place for around 8 years, so glad me and my family were able to finally try it today!
1st off the customer service is wonderful. The workers were so sweet and helpful. One even brought me a stool while we waited for our food and as I held my toddler.
And the sandwich’s were the best hot chicken sandwich’s I’ve had.
It was a fun experience overall.
It is a bit chaotic and busy inside, we took it to go.

I made FINALLY made it to the Pasadena location. LA was experiencing a heatwave yesterday so I figured the line may not be as long. They were kind enough to hand out umbrellas to keep the people in line out of the sun. The employee that took my order was extremely friendly and cordial. I still remember my interaction with the gentleman that took my order at the DTLA location and he was also friendly and cordial. I ordered tenders and the shake fries. The Tenders were cooked and battered to perfection. The fries were on point! The service was wonderful. Someone will make sure you get a seat when your order comes out. It was a magical experience and I look forward to going back!

Fresh, flavorful, and top-quality chicken! The tenders were some of the best we’ve ever had—perfectly moist inside, crunchy on the outside, and seasoned with just the right amount of spice. Definitely worth the wait! On top of that, the customer service was excellent and the bathroom was spotless.

THE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICHES. The Sando, mild, no pickles is the best for me. So if you don’t like spicy food, get mild spice level, for some it might be still hot, but it’s definitely better than country (which is not spicy at all). I have eaten thousand of Sandos over several years. Also I like to get chicken tenders (mild of course, no pickles), vinegar slaw, comeback sause on the side, and also Mario style fries. The crew is always nice. The only thing is sometimes, especially on weekends there are very long lines, that proves that people love it and ready to wait a long time to order the best chicken sandwiches 😃, and because there are a lot of people, there are less available parking. If you want to escape long lines come Wednesday or Thursday mornings.

In my 23 years of living I haven’t experienced service to this level. They made me feel important, I’m not sad anymore. One of the employees took me to the back room and had a whole therapy session with me, will be coming back.

There's a long line but it's worth it. They close by 7 but I think it's when they cut the line off. There's two red benches by the door in case you can't stand for long and also they have umbrellas tucked inside to shade yourself. You don't seat yourself, staff help you with that after you order. Shout out to the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Always willing to take a pic of your group so you don't have to selfie it and also willing to get you more libations if you finish so you don't have to wait in line again!

Can't go wrong with this place. Chicken done right and open on the Lord's day. People are friendly and a team with one mission, to satisfy your craving with spicy and juicy chicken. Make sure to check the secret menu for more options!

I never leave reviews but I couldn’t not express how AMAZING our experience was here. First they offered everyone umbrellas who were standing outside. The line went by super fast. The guy at the counter was extremely nice, asked us where we were visiting from (Las Vegas) and had someone sit us in a booth. They brought our food out so fast, and even gave us free waffles for choosing to eat there after our long drive. The chicken was SO crunchy BUSTING with flavour . Like holy flavour town. The fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The home made ranch was so good I could have drank it by the gallon. 10000/10 would drive 4 hours anytime for this place.
