If it weren't for the long lines, which isn't really their fault, the score would be perfect across the board. It's just that it's not a place you would want to be if you don't have at least 2 hours to spend waiting around.
Food is amazing. Service is top-notch. Crew is a great bunch. I know they must be overwhelmed by the sheer crowd sizes but they don't let you feel that they are. Smiles, attention and great service all around. I wish they'd open a location here in the Bay Area.

This is one of those spots that's always worth the wait, but the pasadena location is definitely not like downtown and moves a little faster, so I prefer this location. The staff is always great, bringing a lot of energy and asking if you need anything, just really being super aware of the environment. And then there's the food, whether it's the tenders, the sando or the half chicken.I can not get enough of the juiciness and quality of the food here. If you don't like spice, anything above medium might burn your mouth so keep that in mind.

Love their chicken! I ordered quarter bird - leg&thigh. It’s very juicy. I had it in medium spicy. It’s a little spicy but still can handle it.
You can choose to dine in which you will need to check in with a staff after your order.

Ok, I am going to try and use language to describe the experience my family and I had today at this amazing restaurant! From the jump we met Myles at the order counter and he was so damn hospitable and real. We shook hands at least 3 times and sat down. Food was so good and so reasonable in price. Then as we dined Javier checked in us, as well as Alison. So far so good and it got even better as we ate. Then Julian, Braylon and Alejandro who rocked the counter gave more non-romantic love to us. Place is somewhere with between best eats and floating club vibe. Worth every single penny and time for the experience! We will be back promptly and we are all looking forward to it! Just go and experience it for yourself! 12 Stars!

Fantastic, but as always the space is very cramped. I can't blame them because they're suffering from success, but they'd benefit a lot from more tables. A small pice to pay for the best hot chicken in LA.

Most places just want your money and then forget you exist. This place takes you aback from the attention to detail throughout, but more than anything, how the workers still feel like genuine people amidst a sea of dwindling interaction and connection.

This place should have a Michelin star! Everything here is amazing. Be cautious of spice levels but they cater to anyone. Staff is legitimately the best of any restaurant I go to. We take that for granted nowadays. They always make you feel super welcome and treat everybody like you're their friend that they haven't seen in a long time. Can't stress enough how amazing the food and the staff are.

Let me start off by saying that the service was EXCELLENT, staff was happy and very accommodating, kudos to whoever is the trainer/trainers.
First time trying. Maybe I hyped it up in my head, but the chicken sandwich was just OK, the macaroni salad was the usual kind you basically get anywhere and pudding was meh.
I wouldn't order the macaroni salad OR the pudding again.
The spicy chicken sandwich at KFC is WAY BETTER than this one. Don't believe me, go try for yourself.
For any management reading this, your music is WAY TO LOUD, any kind of music at that much of a high volume is NOT enjoyable.
I did love the fact that the place was VERY clean, THANK YOU for that.
Kid-friendliness: I loved seeing the staff going out of their way to give kids crayon kits without parents have to ask ♥️
