It's IHOP ... There is a standard regarding food quality, level of service and atmosphere. This location (Arroyo Parkway off 110 fwy).is my personal favorite, go-to spot (dining alone, business meeting, family gatherings) it works well. Always kept clean. Food quality is good and service is timely & professional. I can go alone or host family gathering of 30+ individuals,.. always had good, professional and pleasant service.

Wwooww I really disappointed frustrated this is unacceptable service for IHOP, no one to provide customer service at all, plus they don't have a waitress , we wait for 30 minutes and still no waitress show up , I don't know if this business is going to closed soon .

I got an eggs benedict and my eggs were almost hard boiled my english muffin were not toasted. I asked for water twice none came. The Pancakes my daughter got were not great tasted funky and were dry. The ice tea was so watered down the ice was full melted.It was so loud could barely here my wife.

DISGUSTING !!!!!! 🤮 Today I ordered breakfast for my mother. It was a to go order. I noticed something moving around in the container. When I looked closely I noticed a FLY flying around inside the sealed container ! Gross 🤮. I returned it immediately. When I explained what happened to the young lady. A manger came out. He had NO sense of urgency. He asked, how can he help me. Even though he was told by the cashier. His lack of concern was as if it was a common occurrence. I will NEVER eat there again. If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!

I got the banana Foster crepes. So glad they brought their banana syrup back. Even if you're not a fan of bananas you have to give that a try. I'm not and yet I love the banana flavor of their syrup LOL

Shame on the young male server at this location. I went there with my elder parents and a friend to celebrate Women's Day around 715pm. We started with 3 coffees and specifically asked for 2% milk for our coffee as we are lactose intolerant. We put our order, and immediately we finished, we left, but from the parking, I had to return to use the bathroom with strong colicks and pain. When approached to the server, I questioned why he brought a whole milk instead of 2%, he only said he was sorry and didn't show empathy, I run to the bathroom and on my return my elderly parents were vomiting inside my car. I will never go back to this place. Too slow and no good customer service. I would expect at least a reimbursement of the $98 used there or a rain check to use in another Ihop location with better service. It was ridiculous to spend almost $100 to throw them on the bathroom a few minutes later. I was expecting to have a small celebration with my parents and a friend for Women's Day and ended up being sick at home for the rest of the night along with my elderly parents.
