Food was cool. I got a breakfast meal. I do not think it's cool that the breakfast meal only comes with coffee, everyone does not drink coffee. I actually cannot drink coffee. They charge extra for anything other than coffee, which takes the price up more than it should be. Y'all need to address that immediately.

Absolutely hated this place, never coming back. Went inside once because man talking the orders started screaming over the microphone in some sort of foreign language to his fellow co-workers. When inside, the entire place seemed normal, until you realize the bathroom is a murder scene inside of the toilet bowl. The floor has an un describable sticky substance that followed the soles of my shoes as I walked. Even before entering, I witnessed a rat crawling into a hole in the side of the building. The smell was horrific. It smelled like rotten eggs mixed with wet bandaid and soiled socks that were doused in mud. However, the springrolls were fine. Still never coming back though.

A+ love the breakfast sandwich without ham bacon or cheese and wonderful side salad lots of greens! ( you have to say no cheese if you don't want it). Lovely supper. Tnx I was starved!

It’s Jack in the Box. Not much to say. This particular location on E Colorado Blvd in Pasadena is convenient, open 24 hrs. Food is consistent and service is fast and friendly.

Monday 9/15/25 Around 9:15 pm They took forever to take my order through drive-through then some lady that was in charge name Kate made me drive to the front of the store took about 20 minutes to bring my food out so disappointed

It's ok. Prices are kinda shaky for the portion of food. I'm meanits ok but it's my last choice to eat at if theirs other food chain around. I just feel like this is a copycat from other food chain.

Luz (the manager) made this experience a 10/10 one. Despite going when they were at the peak of the lunch hour rush (12:30pm on a Tuesday), she was friendly and attentive at all times, while also dispatching people quickly and making sure that things kept moving. The food itself was pretty good too. Fast food in America is an incredibly competitive market due to how much competition there is, but I do have to give it to Jack in the Box in that they have so much variety, at least one thing in the menu will be of your liking. The fries weren't that great but the chicken sandwich was top-notch.
