Your typical burger joint went during my lunch break and the food was prepared surprisingly quickly despite the rush

I called an order fifteen minutes ago, and they asked my name 3 to 4 times and I kept repeating my name. So when I arrive, they want to tell me that they have no order from me. And then when I show them the number I called cause they told me, I called the wrong location, they said it was wrong. So I called it in front of him and their phone ring, so they're trying to play me like a fool. Horrible service.
