The mid age Hispanic guy was so rude and gave me an attitude upon changing my orders, very lazy he doesn’t want to do his job. Food is mediocre like a regular dine in burger place, but the customer service is terrible, he lacks customer conflict resolution skills.

Great breakfast burritos, but there isn't a drive thru and they take a while to make. Also, the online ordering needs significant work.

Lucky boy? Boy your lucky if you skip this joint. I had the breakfast burrito which was mid but what stood out especially after my second visit. The hostess was not warm friendly or cordial completely ignored my good morning and cut me off to ask is that all when I was asking questions about the menu options. What really did it was the nerve to tell me my order of over easy egg would cost me 15 minutes extra time because supposedly there was a huge order ahead of me. Then try to charge me $2.85 when I asked for a cup of hot water. Ive had better service in worse spots than this so I just went to the other location on Arroyo... All in all this one is trash and the people who work there dont act like they want return customers the manager should train them better in customer service and apparently line cook management if an over easy egg takes an extra 15 minutes....👎🏾👎🏾

Solid burger and a really decent price point. I love that they offer small chili cheese fries. Instead of the one size fits all that most places do. I got the bacon cheeseburger and it was massive. A little too massive where the flavor of the burger got lost in the lettuce and pile of bacon. Chili cheese fries were perfect and definitely saved the meal.

As good as it gets. 10 out of 10 if you can finish a burrito in one sitting.

Lucky boy has become my place to go for chili cheese fries. They also have good burgers and burritos. Service is quick and even when its busy I can still find a seat.

Known for their massive breakfast burritos. Packed with eggs, bacon, and potatoes, they’ll keep you full all day. The burgers are also solid. Parking is easy but the drive-thru gets busy. A Pasadena classic

the food is okay.

the bathroom (although clean), everything inside of it was broken, the mirror, toilet seat, door handle, sink faucet, urinal, makes me wonder the cleanliness of this place if everything in the bathroom is broken. The sink water handle has to be pressed continually to wash your hands (not sanitary).
