I heard from my coworkers at work that their salads and sandwiches were the best in town, so I decided to order and see what it’s all about. Let me tell you, one of the best sandwiches and salad I’ve had in years! I was new to the place, so I was a little lost until I was created by Billy. One of the best experiences I’ve had. That guy loves what he does, very passionate individual. He took his time and recommended me to try out the Farm club and the Thai Mango salad. The sandwich had so much flavor, I think it was the delicious pickled onions and let me tell ya, it had a great amount of turkey. I love some avocado on my sandwiches and this sandwich came with it. The salad was one of the best salads I’ve had. I will forever remember it. I’m no longer a Panera guy and I’m officially a Mendocino guy forever now! You guys have someone good please and make sure Billy stays forever at this location. I will personally make the long drive just for that guy and rest of his team. Thanks again, Billy

Enjoyed lunch with friends at this healthy and very popular restaurant. I got the chicken pesto sandwich with tomato bisk soup and a side of dill potato salad. Was good but, some one shared their sandwich, which was a Vietnamese sandwich, and it blew my mind. I've had a Vietnamese sandwich before, but this one is great. Under the leadership of their new manager, Billy, the entire dining experience has been elevated to a new level of excellence.
First, let me say how thoroughly impressed I am with the quality of the food. Mendocino Farms has always been known for its variety of healthy, delicious options, but now, the consistency and freshness are unmatched. Every meal is prepared to perfection, with no detail overlooked. Whether it’s a busy lunchtime or a quieter evening, the flavor, quality, and presentation are always spot-on.
The customer service at this branch is what truly sets it apart. Walking into Mendocino Farms in Pasadena feels like coming home. The team greets me with a warm smile and a friendly “How are you?” every single time. It’s small details like this that make me feel like more than just a ticket number. Even when the restaurant is packed, the staff works seamlessly together to keep everything running smoothly. Under Billy’s management, the staff has truly become a team, and you can see that their goal is to make each guest feel valued and welcome.
I cannot say enough good things about Billy himself. He’s a one-of-a-kind leader who goes above and beyond in every possible way. His charisma and thoughtfulness are contagious, and he genuinely cares about the experience of each guest. He’s committed to creating the best experience possible, and that commitment shines through in every interaction. Billy’s work ethic, attentiveness, and passion for his job make him such an asset to the Mendocino Farms team.
But what truly sets Billy apart is his genuine compassion. On multiple occasions, he’s made me feel seen, respected, and valued. He even remembers details about my family and takes the time to ask about them—sometimes even praying with us when we’ve been going through tough times. When my father was on disability, Billy made sure I had a few extra meals to take home, which helped ease our load as caregivers. These small acts of kindness made a huge impact on our family, and I’ll always be grateful to him and his team for their compassion and generosity.
Thanks to the incredible team and leadership at Mendocino Farms Pasadena, it has easily become one of my favorite places to eat. It’s rare to find a place where the quality of food, customer service, and heart of the staff come together so seamlessly. If you haven’t been to this branch yet, I highly recommend it! I ordered online and picked up in the store. The store manager was very friendly and made sure that my order was complete. I was able to sit in the patio area where there were friendly patrons with their dogs. The food was high quality and THE BOGO sandwich deal was a great value

I had lunch here on a Sunday afternoon, around 1 PM. The shared parking lot behind was very crowded and we had to circle a few times before finding a spot. Inside, it was busy but we were able to grab a table then wait in line to order. Then you can scan a QR code on the table so they bring the food out to you. I ordered the prosciutto chicken sandwich, which is my usual favorite. Their food is quite healthy yet also delicious.
Parking: Private lot with only a few spots, also a shared lot that’s very crowded (first 90 minutes parking here free)
