Terrible customer service rude and dismissive staff that made the whole visit uncomfortable. The tea was bland and watery, and the boba was hard and tasted old. Definitely not coming back.
This place isn't as fancy as it looks on google. They have a lot of stuff on the menu that they don't carry anylonger, why is it still on the menu board? False hopes id say. It was ok. The girl today didn't seem too friendly, knowledgeable upbeat at her job nd or didn't seem to care at all. She was annoyed with two older gentle asked questions about the drinks and kind of snappy. Must be nice to get paid and not care!
Service has really taken a downturn over the years. Have been going here for the past two years, even after they were closed down for a few weeks a couple of months ago. Came in today and ordered a classic milk tea through the tablet at 5:38 pm. 3 other people came in after me and that’s when the employee came out. She looked at my order and then took the order of the three who came after me. Afterwards, she proceeded to make the order of those after me, even though she saw mine. She didn’t even make mine until after she made the other 3, of which the same gentleman who ordered wanted to place another order and his companion said that he should let the worker finish my drink first. Took 17 minutes for the employee to make finish my drink of which she took out the big pitcher of milk tea, put it in a cup and put ice over it, all of which took 30 seconds. I’m a creature of habit and have always taken my friends and family here but I’ve noticed the service really decline over the past few times, but today really took the cake. No acknowledgment from the employee that she skipped my order, but 17 minutes for a simple drink at somewhere that’s not busy is a little ridiculous. It’s almost impossible that she didn’t see my order, of which she could’ve started while making the others but I can tell when someone is deliberately avoiding you. Sad but will have to look for a new boba spot.
This is the BEST PLACE EVER! the customer service is amazing, there was a very sweet girl named Chloe who made our drinks and they were extra delicious because they were served with a smile. LONG LIVE SWEET COW CAFE!!!
We used to be regulars at Milk Cow. The soft serve was creamy, decadent, and worth every penny. Then Sweet Cow bought it — and it’s been downhill ever since.
First of all, the ice cream? It’s no longer ice cream — it’s ice with a dash of cream, if you’re lucky. Grainy, watery, and disappointing in a way that feels personal. You can literally taste the corporate takeover in every spoonful. It’s like they fired the cows and hired ice cubes.
They didn’t just change the name — they changed everything that made Milk Cow special. What was once a hidden gem has now been stripped, rebranded, and sold back to us as a cheap knockoff. And for what? Higher prices and lower quality? The audacity.
Honestly, McDonald’s soft serve — yes, McDonald’s — puts this sad Sweet Cow swirl to shame. You could buy two cones there, and they’d still cost less and taste better than the icy disaster you’ll get here.
Sweet Cow, if you’re reading this: not everything needs a corporate glow-up. Sometimes, simple and authentic wins. But you didn’t just miss the mark — you lost the map entirely.
A solid spot serving a wide variety of desserts, ice cream, and bubble tea. The soft serve ice cream is good and looks nice. The interior is compact with some seating and very clean. Right across from PCC so lots of students come here at night to hang out and grab dessert. Staff are friendly, and there is even a claw machine too.

They do not close at 11.
I have gone here three times in a row where they are closed despite saying they should be open an hour more on here. Do not bother coming close to 10PM.
The people working here were nice; but they messed up all of our orders ?. The ice cream was also subpar and cost $12. I asked for less, they made the swirl and then tapped it down for some reason ? unfortunately, not coming back here
Nothing against the staff …more the owner idk why they only ever have one person working. Its alwaysss a wait even if you order ahead. Been here multiple times ALWAYS waiting around 20 min plus - 1 drink. Stop being cheap n hire enough staff.

Highly recommend the blended marble drinks. Very tasty and well made. Pretty good with or without boba topping

What a riiiiiiip offffff. 22% automatic tip for someone to pour ice cream out of a vending machine? Whaaaat? That was like a $45/hr rate (and I'm being generous). I'll just scoop my own ice cream instead of this flavorless vanilla soft serve with mediocre toppings. I think any other ice cream spot would have been an improvement. Don't worry, you'll be unimpressed, too.

This ice cream/dessert/boba shop is a charming little spot across the street from PCC. The shop is clean and tidy, and while there's a kiosk for ordering, we were glad to be able to order from a person. The drinks and desserts are delicious. Overall, a great experience!
