I love supporting small businesses, especially women owned. Neighbors & Friends is the perfect place to come for a great meal and delicious coffee. It has a community atmosphere with a big communal table and I always leave wanting to buy all the merch and food in the display. Kaiy knew what she was doing when she opened this place. The hot and iced lattes with their unique holiday twists are yummy and I haven't had one food item that I wouldn't recommend. Don't sleep on the desserts, the lasagna or the pot pies!

Neighbors & Friends is such a warm and inviting spot. You always know the food and drinks will be so delicious and feel hand crafted just for you. They also carry awesome local food and gift items and love their support for local businesses. It’s a must stop whenever you’re in Old Town Pasadena!

Literally the worst service. We ordered a Board for a family who has someone in hospice care for $150 and they left it on the house porch by way of DoorDash outside in Pasadena. It is a perishable item, it was very expensive, and they couldn’t even locate it when we asked them where it was. When we explained to them what was wrong, they didn’t offer to call DoorDash. They only provided us an order number. And then we couldn’t get in touch via DoorDash, and they didn’t offer to resend the board. We had to cancel payment through our credit card company. The boards look lovely online but what disappointing and bad service.

The best neighborhood spot, it's cozy and quaint, the staff is always so friendly and a pleasure to chat with. The food is consistently SO good and they hands down have the best coffee in the area, 10/ 10 would recommend.

The place feels cute and local. The service is incredibly slow. Our food came out over ten minutes apart from each other, and the coffee was even slower. Maybe it was a bad day for the shop, but I would advise not to come here if you're looking for a quick bite.

Guyyyssssss Neighbors & Friends is on DoorDash! If you're stuck in the office looking for something for breakfast or lunch definitely order from them! They have grilled cheese and tomato soup & chili and cornbread combos available right now for $12!! I ordered both lol.
Also my favorite sandwich in life is back on the menu! I'm not anywhere near vegetarian or vegan, but the Toasted Vegan is SO good. Everyone l've recommended it to have LOVED it!
Order it with a side of their champagne dressing and thank me later.
Also you HAVE to try their truffle chips, my son and I are OBSESSED with them. They seriously need to mass produce them.
They have done and do SO much for the community so let's support them both in store and online! They also, ALWAYS go above and beyond for their customers. Oh— they also cater so if you want to order lunch for the office, or have a party, or event that you’re looking for great food for, look no further and ask them for their options!
