I really like Nékter, but this location is always a hit or miss. Every time I stop by, there seems to be an issue, not because of the team, but because there’s always only one person working. Today, I placed a mobile order and arrived to find a sign saying “Be back in 5 minutes.” I waited over 15 minutes, and the doors were still locked while multiple customers tried to come in. I truly feel bad for the employee, it’s clear they’re doing their best, but management needs to provide more support. It’s not fair to the staff or the customers.

How are you as a business going to allow shady practices from your employees and lack accountability for the actions they made maliciously. Completely unacceptable to tip a $17 purchase for $1000. Then the nerve to charge the client AGAIN after they disputed the charge. Be careful with using Apple Pay at this location! Don’t purchase from this location either unless you wanna risk being fraudulently charged a ridiculous amount.

Got a $100 gift card for here and super unluckily for me, the only milk they have is cashew milk, which I’m very allergic to. No other milk options at all so 90% of the menu I can’t touch. So I ordered the dragon fruit bowl and my partner got the peanut butter chia pudding. Both were supposed to be without cashew milk but after trying both of ours, I’m leaving with an allergic reaction. VERY DANGEROUS place for NUT ALLERGIES. On top of that, what we got didn’t taste good and the interior seating is in pretty rough shape.

Super disappointed this is my usual spot I ordered a build your own bowl and then a regular bowl just to wait 30 minutes for both and for them to be made completely wrong. I was already late due to using my whole lunch waiting for bowls that I didn’t even get a chance to get them corrected definitely won’t be returning to this location.
