This place was a great find, and everything was made fresh to order, which made the food taste even better. The menu had some solid options, and the quality was definitely there.
I visited on Super Bowl Sunday when just one woman was handling everything—both the register and making all the orders. I wish she had more help, but despite being solo, she was incredibly kind and friendly (not sure I would have been in her position!).
One small suggestion—there was quite a bit of plastic used for packaging, which seems unnecessary given how fresh everything is. A more sustainable approach would be a great improvement.
Overall, it’s a great little spot in The Shops on Lake—worth checking out!

Hire more people. You had one employee attempting to work more that she can handle. Not her fault, it’s the owner. Wait time is ridiculous and I was the first one to order. It took almost an hour for my order. 1 açaí bowl. If I can give a zero, I would. I wanted to walk out and get a refund but apparently, she is not authorized to do so. I am stuck at this place! What a horrible experience. Stay clear from this place

When I was ordering, I specifically told the staff that my only request was to avoid pineapple because I’m allergic to it. Not only did they fail to note my request, but they also added a lot of pineapple—both in and on top of the smoothie. To make things worse, they forgot to put the bananas, so the entire smoothie was watery and tasted awful.
Have not been here in awhile but wow, like maybe take care of the storefront a little. The floor is filthy, the chairs are torn and it’s not that hard of a fix. There are silly signs about feet on the wall making a mess but the floor looks way worse!! It was nasty and they are worried about scuff marks on the wall that they took away the chairs. The bench should just be recovered, like it’s a diy that would take maybe an hour. Also my juice was warm. I used to get juice here more often and I don’t like it with ice because it gets watered down. Never served warm though. Yuck. I’ll just make my juice at home. Much better anyway.

I went to pick up my Popeye Acai smoothie around 5:15 and it was nice to see the store is nice and clean. The young lady greeted me with a smile and promptly gave me order once I told her my name. It was a short interaction as I place the order through the app but you can tell she has a nice personality. The drink taste amazing. This was my first time having this smoothie and it's so refreshing.

I’m sorry but it looks like they haven’t cleaned this place in years. If I walk into a food establishment, I expect to be clean. wipe the counters, clean floors properly. Even inside where food is made. It’s gross. I threw my food away when I noticed all of this.
On the hunt for a nutrious treat and google search lead me to this Nekter location! It was a little difficult to find, but I called and the juice tender was very helpful in guiding me there. You can't see the front of the location on Lake Ave. The entry is in the outdoor seating area near Macy's and Corner Bakery, hope that helps! Upon entry the smell of fresh fruit filled my nostrils and I was pleasantly greeted! They get an A for cleanliness. The juice tender was pleasant ready to assist with any questions or to take my order. I ordered the new raspberry drink (sm), with a ginger and lemon shot on the side...yikes! The drink was delicious and the shot was like medicine, didn't taste good, but got the job done! Overall, this location was a great find! Clean, low foot traffic (Wednesday afternoon), indoor/ outdoor seating option and healthy delicious treat options. Looking forward to my next visit!

I have used google maps forever. This place is the only one I have ever needed to review. The corporate/franchise leadership should be ashamed of themselves - it’s common to wait 20 minutes to be helped because they have one - 1! - person making juice most of the time. This is an obvious safety concern for the underpaid employees who are drowning in orders. It’s also infuriating to stand in line, sometimes the front of the line, and not be acknowledged by the staff. Let me just stand here and look at my phone I guess. Ownership - Please sell this place and let someone else give it a go or put two people in the store.
