I visited yesterday, Friday, at 5 PM, and the store was closed! There was no sign, no note on Google maps or Yelp with advance notice. At least update your store hours if you're no longer open until 7 PM??
Nasty coffee... Weird flavors.... Pistachio latte sucked.
Owner or manager needs to try coffee at Urth Cafe half a mile away and see the difference
One stressed employee doing his best to run the whole place, too much ice, lackluster boba tea. I get that times are tough but if the tea ain't good, people are gonna spend their $ elsewhere. I speculate the ingredients for my drink cost $2, i doubt the additional $5 i spent went to that one guy workin his ass off. For boba, ya need 2 of the three:
Cute shop
Good boba
Good price
Y'all only have the cute shop, and even that is stretched thin by the understaffing i saw today. Hoping for changes that will lead to this business to flourish
I have gone to this place intermittently over the past four years, but the most recent changes to the service and menu are sorely disappointing. The largest drink sizes are no longer offered while prices have only risen to $7 for some modest 20oz milk teas, which is pricey even in comparison to other boba shops nearby. Moreover, the quality of the boba and milk tea have have depreciated considerably since my first visits here. The last time I came, the milk tea was unusually watery while the boba pearls were overly sticky without pleasant texture. This is quite disappointing considering that I would have quite easily given Oinkmoo five stars not so long ago. If you are interested in high quality milk tea with boba, I would strongly suggest other locations instead.
The taste is good, but the overall experience was disappointing. They use huge ice cubes—just two of them fill up almost the entire cup. This time, we asked for no ice, which surprisingly took some convincing. In the end, we got two “no ice” boba milk teas for $13.14, which feels way overpriced given the portion and experience. If you are not fan of huge ice cubes, I recommend you go to L’moon which is close by and much better than this boba!
The new owners of this place, they are really “smart” about controlling costs by “preserving flavor” with huge amounts of ice, but unfortunately, a good business should also be smart at keeping its customers satisfied.
Cute spot! I typically get 75% sweetness, but the drinks we got weren’t too sweet at 100%. It did take a little bit longer than expected to make the drinks - there were no orders ahead of us and it took about 10+ minutes lol. But! The location is cute so it’s easy to pass time by walking around or window shopping. Average to slightly higher pricing for a boba place, about $6-7 per drink.
I used to visit this place regularly, but since the change in ownership, I've noticed that the drinks now contain two big ice cubes so that there was less tea inside, and the amount isn't adjustable. Although the quality of the drink is good, it would be great if customers had the option to choose the level of ice in their drinks.
Ordered the four seasons milk tea with coconut jelly and vietnamese coffee. Both were delicious! Love that they open til 10pm on Saturday, perfect drinks while charging our car in the parking lot.
I used to frequent this shop but the last three times have been a huge disappointment. Two of the times they were out of boba, and it wouldn't have been ready for another hour. This last time it took 20 minutes to get a boba when there were maybe four people in front of me in line. They also changed their menu recently and the quality and selection seems worse. Same as everything else, you pay more for less product and it’s worse quality. I’ve given it too many chances that I’ve officially given up.
Worst experience I am so mad I ordered a Creme Brûlée Latte 75% sweet with boba. They took forever to make it. It was horrible their ice was taking basically the whole cup couldn't even put the straw in right and not even sweet AT ALL it was insanely bitter, didn't even have trash cans around so had to carry out my trash to the car. Horrible messed up my whole day I was really looking forward to try it. never coming here again

Very cute boba shop with nice seating area outside. Drink was pretty good. Only downside is the parking is not free.
The boba was very good and they had a good selection of flavors! The cashier was very friendly and the boba was done before I even finished ordering! My only complaint is that there isn't really anywhere pleasant to sit down while you have your boba.

The coffee & tea here are good. Service was great. The shop is small but outdoors seating is available.
