Cancelled an important historical event at the Rose Bowl because of a storm that was nowhere near Pasadena and heading in the opposite direction of the Rose Bowl.

From the local Pasadena nurses We cant say what you've done due to privacy restrictions. But we are eternally grateful to these fire dept for taking time to be kind and explain, and teach families who might otherwise over use necessary resources.

José spent about half an hour with us talking about the history of the fire station and his work as a firefighter. It was an awesome experience. The devotion that these firefighters have to their jobs is absolutely incredible.

Historical plaque behind the station in Baker Alley:Named for John Hamilton Baker, one of four advance men sent west to select a site for the Indiana Colony in 1873 and one of the twenty-seven original settlers in Pasadena. His house, at the southwest corner of Fair Oaks Avenue and Walnut Street, was the second to be built in the new community, and his blacksmith shop at the corner of Colorado Boulevard and Fair Oaks Avenue was the second business in Pasadena's emerging commercial center. When he died in 1926, Baker was one of the last surviving Indiana Colonists. This historical marker was donated by: The families of Elizabeth Baker Grobecker and Katherine Baker Gove, granddaughters of John Hamilton Baker.

Dropped in on our way back from the park and these guys couldn't be nicer! Opened their doors and showed my son all around the trucks and were super friendly to him. Gave him a sticker and took a quick EKG so he could have a printout of his heart rhythm. Stay safe guys!

Really nice men. Always across the street at the playground with the little girl. Someone would sometimes cross the streets and give kids stickers. They always wave back at the kids too.

Firefighter/Paramedic Chef Kalima's dinner service of deconstructed chicken tortilla soup was excellent. 31A staff was limited but the personnel filling in made the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this establishment.
