Peet's Coffee is a great place for meetings and great coffee. I'm really loving the golden latte with a sprinkling of cinnamon on top. Parking can be validated for up to 90 minutes so it's a great place to enjoy your beverage while catching up on work or meetings. Staff is also always attentive and consistent with the drinks which I appreciate.

To be fair, I like the coffee and food. It's superior to their competitors' (Starbucks, Panera, Einstein's, et al). My number one issue is the poor quality of wifi. It's really difficult to come here for 30-60 minutes to have some good food and coffee, expecting to also read or stream something in peace. I occasionally come back, in hopes that the problem will be resolved. I want to give it another chance because the food is good. But, please, fix your wifi. I won't be coming back.

I had visited this location on Wednesday Nov 26, with my family for the first time. I had never tried Peets but we were gifted a gift card for Christmas, so we made the long drive to try it out. The person at the registers was a young man and he was very patient with taking our order, answering questions we had. Its true that employees are expected to answer questions, but he had no issues with how many we asked or how obvious the answers may have been. In the end, our gift card did not work due to technical errors but he offered extensive support and solutions. Great coffee and very polite employees!!!

We had an unpleasant experience at this Peet’s on Saturday, October 11, 2025, around 1:40 p.m.
Her name is Claire.
The female receptionist was extremely rude and snapped at us while we were simply deciding between iced or hot drinks. My husband and I were shocked to be spoken to in such a harsh manner, though we chose not to escalate the situation.
This Peet’s has always been our go-to neighborhood spot where we usually enjoy the warm atmosphere and friendly service. Unfortunately, the employee we encountered this afternoon was an exception.
We hope the company or store management can provide her with additional training on how to communicate politely and respectfully with customers.

They might have vegan options but they don’t care if they mess up. I was given a bacon egg and cheese sandwich when I ordered the vegan one and the manager dismissed me and didn’t even offer a refund. If you MUST eat here, check your order before leaving!!! But also just go to Philz down the street, same vegan options but better quality and won’t serve you carcass and think it’s funny.
