I've had a couple of disappointing interactions with one of the young male employees, and I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, his customer service skills are lacking, and he seems to have a bit of an attitude. Yesterday, I ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls, but when I took a bite, I realized they were missing the pork. I brought them back to him and politely asked if he could remake them correctly.
To make matters worse, when he remade the spring rolls, he only gave me two instead of the three that come with the order. When I asked him about the missing roll, he claimed that I had already eaten it and refused to make another one, getting defensive and argumentative. I explained that he had messed up my order initially and should just correct the mistake, but he persisted in arguing with me until I requested to speak with his supervisor. Only then did he reluctantly agree to make the third roll. Unfortunately, that same day I fell ill with FOOD POISONING , and I'm certain it was from eating those spring rolls, as they were the only thing I had consumed that day.
I've always enjoyed dining at this establishment, and I was hesitant to share my negative experience. However, after falling ill with FOOD POISONING , which I strongly believe was caused by the spring rolls I ordered, I had to respond.

Good option for workday lunch, although ordering in the restaurant could be slow. I love their Obama Bahn Mi and Obama Vermicelli bowl. The Beef Teriyaki Bahn Mi and the egg Rolls are pretty good as well. I did not like their Shrimp Spring Rolls (with rice paper) though and have had many better ones elsewhere.

I really want this place to be good. The food is good. But somehow every time I go there I’m waiting for ages and they don’t seem that busy.

DO NOT eat here !!! If your hungry you will get a headache due to the fact they prioritize to go orders vs dining in you will have to wait
40+ min to get your food. Food does not taste good whatsoever you’re better off buying frozen food and putting it in the microwave. I’d give this place -5 stars will NEVER come back.

Sandwich bread is soft not crispy.
Egg rolls are soft not crisp. My guess is food quality is last because they get enough business from the school. And the food splatter all over the wall says it all.

Thai tea tasted spoiled as others have said. Nearly spit it out. Threw that one plus another unopened 2nd tea away.
Food wasn’t much better. Pho is extremely bland even for being pho. Never interested to eat it again. The pork banh mi was okay.
We got suckered by the DoorDash 2 for 1 deals. We’d rather not have eaten anything.

We've been wanting to come grab a banh mi for lunch for a while and just were never around. We finally made it and honestly for $6.50 each, this was a great lunch! We had two sandwiches - the Obama and the grilled pork. Both were good but our favorite was the Obama, which is a mix of a bun cha-like meatball with fish sauce and the grilled pork. It was very flavorful. They both came with the usual pickled daikon and carrot, cilantro and jalapeno (though one of us did add some chili sauce and Sriracha from the counter inside to add more spice). The bread was nice and crusty on both. And unbeknownst to us, if you order two banh mi, you get a free lemon tea, which was delicious and welcomed on a 95deg day.
So look, they weren't the biggest or more flavorful banh mi we've ever had, but for the price, the taste, the size and the fact that after two they came with a free cold drink means it was one of the best quick and budget friendly lunch options we've had in the area. We'll definitely have to be back and make these tasty Obama banh mi part of our Saturday lunch rotation.

Please, you shouldn't serve the tofu rolls the way you do. YOUR TOFU WAS LIKE IT WAS FRIED OVER 10 TIMES AND LIKE A WEEK OLD. If you ran out of materials, you shouldn't serve the menu instead of using very old or over fried stuffs.

Pho had no flavor. From the best to the veggies to the broth there was no flavor. Highly disappointed. Also ordered a bahn mi and that was much tastier than the pho. I do not recommend the pho. I do recommend the sandwich. Friendly hard working staff. Safe, clean enviornment.

My favorite pho spot, and I love their fried rice. I normally order takeout and pick it up on my way home from work, so I can't say much about the service or atmosphere. But the food is amazing and is packaged well for take out.
