Class act and super nice. Dean helped me plan an event at the Langham Hotel in Pasadena. I had never planned an event this big, so having Dean's help and expertise made the process run smoothly. Had he not asked me all the right questions, I wouldn't have covered all the elements of the event. He connected me with other local vendors to make sure my event was as beautiful as I imagined. What's more, he worked with me under very tight deadlines. Not too mention, the flowers beautiful.

Dean at Piccalo Florist went out of his way to deliver flowers for my friend in the hospital He tried twice at the hospital because they didn't tell him she had been released. He called me and asked for my friends home address so he could deliver her a third new bouquet at no extra cost to me! Wow...who else would do that? I highly recommend them because their arrangements are gorgeous and they have great customer service!

Dean is the best! He took my order over the phone for a special bouquet, and he was so gracious. Even though he works for the most upscale hotel in the area, he was funny and down to earth and understood my need to budget. Call him for any flowers at the Lagham - he even helped with our cards :)

Piccolo in the Langham Hotel, Pasadena created a magnificent bouquet for our hotel room. It was a custom arrangement of purple Lisianthus on the occasion of our wedding anniversary - my husband's favorite flower. The florist, Dean, was very helpful and gave me options and advice about caring for the flowers. Caution: Dean isn't upfront about his added delivery fee, or the total bill, so you need to ask & be very clear with him about your spending limit!

Wow, is all I can say. Dear friend's Father passed away and I needed a florist who could take a late evening Sunday order. No one was open. Left a message, and Dean got right back to me to take the order for delivery the next morning. I gave him very little direction, and he knew just what to do. In fact, I'm posting the arrangement in the pics section as it was absolutely beautiful. My friend's Mom adored it. Thanks Dean and Piccolo for really coming through with a flawless arrangement - and the price was just right too!

3/27/13 I have only the highest praise for Dean Zamani. He is the owner of Piccolo Florists. Dean's customer service is beyond compare, and his floral designs are beautiful works of art!!!!! I called him in a panic as I wanted an bouquet delivered that day. The most beautiful flowers my friend has ever seen arrived at her desk in under three hours. Love, love, love this place! Everything Dean and his staff does is done right. Everyone there is so welcoming and people (myself included) often just pop in any time we are at the hotel. The flowers here are gorgeous. You won't regret coming here!

I'm not sure where to begin but WOW!!!! Not only do they do AMAZING work but the customer service and personal touches are something you'll have to experience for yourself. The prices may be a little higher than what your quoted elsewhere....but you get quality and worth every penny!!! They are a "class act"! I've been going to Piccolo for a long time and everyone that knows me is turned on to them too- all my friends and family are big fans too :) I guarantee you will be wowed with the talent & service!

I hired Piccolo recently to have a floral arrangement waiting in my room for my wedding night. Everything was pretty nice. The arrangement was waiting there as expected, as were the rose pedals and candles they said they would add. The problem was, they charged me $125 for the rose pedals and $65 for each (2) candles! I felt a bit conned, considered they never quoted me on a price for those items and made it sound like they were adding them as a complimentary service, since I was already spending $125 on an arrangement. I also never received an invoice, I had to see the $492 charge (also charged $68 for prep, delivery and installation) on my credit card. To add to all this, I had clearly told the man that was helping me that I didn't have a lot of money and didn't want to spend more than $60, but I guess I'd splurge on the $125 arrangement. So, it really just added insult to injury to do this to me. I will say, after much discussion with the manager, they were willing to reimburse me $190 for the rose pedals and one of the two $65 candles. That did not satisfy me, so unfortunately, I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company.
