We had a large party of 10. Service was so so. Waitress just seemed to have an attitude. Bill comes and there are two sales taxes, unlabeled as to why or what. Automatic gratuity added for large party, $50. But get this, they taxed me on the gratuity!! What a bunch of low life’s. Waitress could not explain any of the bill and really copped an attitude when pressed to explain. Called later to talk to owner, not there…of course. Left message to call in regard to bill. No call after a week. Sent an email with request to discuss bill, you guessed it, no response. They are very devious and obviscate the charges. This to me is criminal! Here are 10 people who will now go forth and not recommend this place. If you go here, watch the underhanded charges. You people are part of what’s wrong with society. Low lives.

Great location and tons of options for drinks and food. The tacos tartare were fabulous. The sriracha sauce that comes with the tacos is the perfect compliment to these tasty tacos. While it sounds strange, I added the sweet potatoes fries and this made a wonderful meal. Great service and comfortable environment.

They need to hire more people, the customer service is severely lacking due to an obvious staffing issue. I waited 30 minutes for a coffee that never came which is a shame because the food was nice and the restaurant is visually appealing but the service is borderline unacceptable.

Service was good, but wouldn’t say great.
Food was good - my Croque Monsieur was fantastic but my husbands Eggs and Bacon was a little lackluster. I know it’s a simple dish but a lil more food on the plate would’ve been better.

Will say the vibe was great and the doggie menu was the best I’ve ever seen. Simple food but great portions and healthy for our dog.

Wasn’t the perfect experience but was a good price and we’re willing to try them again.

my boyfriend and I had a great time at this place. I got the French toast and he got an omelette and both were delicious my French toast with serve with candied bananas and it really put it over the edge. There are so many other things I want to try next time I go and I can't wait to go back. Everything else on their menu is as good as what we had.

also, the service was amazing. I wish I got the gentleman's name, but he was so friendly, but not overbearing. he smiled A LOT and it made me happy to see. I am so happy we decided to go to this place and I can't wait to go back. Thanks plate 38!

This place was amazing. We came early for brunch, and that's what you need to do, cause they get hoppin. The oysters were so tasty, I'm still smiling, the ponzu sauce makes them. Our entrées were delicious and the coffee was superb. We will be back and will bring friends.

I don't Understand why the owner/management has not added more staff. The food is good but it takes forever to be served. The staff is too busy to provide the Customer service that customers deserve and expect.
