The Mexican food here is totally delicious. The woman working the kitchen only starts cooking once you place your order. I had an enchilada plate, which came with rice and beans. Everything had a homey made-from-scratch taste. The pork in the enchiladas were well seasoned and tender. The beans were soft and well executed. This is also a full service grocery store. My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and this has become kind of my go to place to just grab some snacks or a quick bite. They have a Mexican restaurant that is attached and the food is totally legit. The woman who works there is so nice and welcoming. I really am happy this place is so close. Super cheap meats too!

Ok, this is a review for the food & not the shop or ambience bcz it's a total hole in the wall & quick pick up mercadito items. I had a gordita de carnitas and it was delicious! The corn gordita itself was fresh and made to order, crispy, solid, good bite & held up to the carnitas. The carnitas were juicy, so good. The beans... abuelita/grandma delish.
