Salted Butter Company is a bakery with stellar pastries that are fresh, buttery, crispy, and delicious. The food is worth the line. For sweet-toothed customers, the croissant cinnamon rolls are flakey, soft, and have a good balance of sweetness and cinnamon with excellent cream cheese icing, offering a rich buttercream taste. For savory-lovers, the ham and cheese croissant is a nice lite breakfast sandwich. Other delicious items include the french onion, spinach and artichoke, and earl grey orange pastries, which have unique and perfectly balanced flavors. The apple fritter is okay. The pastries are pretty flavorful but a little pricey, with prices on the high end.

The small customer area gets crowded, noisy, and hot, with a wacky orientation for the line, register, and drink pickup that creates poor traffic flow. The parking lot is also very small and crowded. However, the smells of the bakery and the unusual morning coffee listings are quite appealing. The staff is very friendly. Despite the crowds, the exceptional pastries make a visit worthwhile.
