I've been making a few pasta dishes at home and have been trying to find little things to improve upon. Well, getting freshly made pasta to cook helps quite a bit. The texture is pretty different from dry pasta - Firm like it's al denta, but doesn't stick to your teeth or have that little bit of crunch that dried pasta sometimes has. I can taste the wheat used in the pasta, which added to the flavor of the overall dish. 1 lb of fresh spaghetti would probably serve 3-5 people, depending on the size of the serving, works out to about $2-4 per serving to add a little fanciness to a home cooked meal. Definitely recommend.

Really expensive for what you get, but it is really good. Actually wish they would charge a bit more and provide a reasonably sized sandwich instead of the tiny four bite sandwich. Harder to question the price of you're at least full.

I'm visiting from New York and staying in Altadena and stopped in here for a sandwich. This is seriously pushy service. The space is cute but the pushiness was such a turn-off. I've never experienced anything like this in NY. I'm sorry because I never write reviews but this was kind of absurd. I don't like being treated like I'm an opportunity to make money and it made me feel really weird.
It is a beautiful store; Lea and her family were welcoming and charming, and I had a great customer experience. We enjoyed the Fiorentini pasta. Thank you.

my mom came last summer and she is super hard-core Italian. She had me pick up pasta on the way to get her from the airport so we could cook it that night fast forward to this evening when I pulled an extra package that I purchased out of the freezer from… at least six months ago. I cannot believe that it tasted as good as Italian restaurant pasta this long after being fresh. Totally astounded. I will be back soon!

All Dried and Fresh pastas are made, right here, in house! The taste and texture are so much superior, comparing to commercial brands. While you are here, order a couple fresh baguette sandwiches! Online orders are also available. Plenty of street parking. Easy access right off the 210 freeway. Tell Leah I sent you!
