I've been making a few pasta dishes at home and have been trying to find little things to improve upon. Well, getting freshly made pasta to cook helps quite a bit. The texture is pretty different from dry pasta - Firm like it's al denta, but doesn't stick to your teeth or have that little bit of crunch that dried pasta sometimes has. "Best kept secret in Pasadena". This lovely Italian place is a must visit. From their house made artisanal pasta, to their selection of condiments and to their delicious panini, I'm in heaven! Service is also the absolute best!
